Knockouts

The service here was pretty bad compared to other knockouts. I walked in and was ignored for several mins. Or at lease not greeted or thrown a ‘hi be right there’. They just kinda looked at me standing there but never said anything. There was nobody waiting and they only had two customers actively getting cuts. When somebody did ‘help’ me it was ‘what do you want’. I was told i would just have to come back. No offer for an appointment for timeframe. I normally go to the Boardroom but was in a rush today. Guess i learn that I should stick with them.

As a walk in I had none of the aggravation mentioned by a few previously. It was a 15 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon. Having a beer and watching some sports on the TVs passed the time quickly. Melissa was attentive, chatty and professional as she did a nice job on my cut. They add a few nice extras like warm towels and a straight razor cut for the back of your neck. A quick shampoo finishes the enjoyable experience.
The simple cut was $ 23, a little more than a Supercuts or similar. But even with a $ 5 tip I found Knockouts to be worth getting into the ring for…

I always went to higher priced salons because of fear of what might happen to my longer hair. Kendra did a fabulous job. She even expressed her concern stating she doesn’t get a lot of longer hair guys in this location. However I’ll be asking for her again when I need a fresh cut.

This used to be my go to barber. Not anymore. Their service has gotten so bad. They do not know how to handle reservations. They will tell walk-​ins an expected time, ignoring all reservations. So while waiting, reservation after reservation comes in tripling my stated wait time. Some of these customers called in their reservation AFTER I arrived. Customers that are already waiting should have precedence over new reservations. Also the person cutting my hair (Michelle) would not listen to what I wanted and kept giving me reasons why she wouldn’t do certain things, like she knew what I wanted. The service is HORRIBLE and now I can’t do my hair how I want it.

Perfect place to go if you have nothing to do and don’t mind waiting 2 hours just for your turn to get a cut. Seriously this is the second time I’ve come here and had it happen and the second time I left without giving them my business. It’s great if you want to offer a 100 services to customers but you HAVE to have more than 1 or 2 people working. So disappointing.

I just moved to Fort Worth and had a free haircut coupon. I came here and Melissa gave me a great haircut. It was a great atmosphere and she put on the NBA channel for me as well. It’s a little bit further from my house that I would like to drive for a haircut but I might come back.

I went in on a Sunday and had to wait around an hour. Kendra was my stylist and gave me an amazing hair cut. She took no time at all. Very personable, that allowed me to relax on a hectic day.

12÷20÷14 — Was looking for a place to get a haircut in time for a party I had to attend later at night. My regular barber was out, so I was on the hunt. Drove past this and looped around to head in hoping I could be fit in fast. My surprise no other customers! Shoot. no wait, beer, football on TVs, and good women cutting hair. I was winning big. It didn’t last. One of the girls high tailed it to the back leaving only one lady standing there behind the register. Gave her some information and she asked how I would like my hair cut. «Bald fade» simple right. Well I should have known that I should have left when she said, «I been trying to do those.» Not a good sign.
I sat down and she chatted me up, which is great cause there is nothing like sitting in a barber chair and no conversation. Well she was rough with the clippers, shoving them in my scalp and not cutting much. After about 5 – 10 minutes she was rubbing my scalp asking how does that feel? Well I can’t tell how good a haircut is by the way you are rubbing my scalp. I had enough and just wanted to get out. I paid my dues and left.
I got in my car and could tell the sides were not even. I got home and had to fix my hair myself with a pair of trimmers. The horror when I saw the back. It was cut in a triangle and not even faded. It was sectioned! The top was not even either. Just a horrible job.
The lady who cut my hair was Michelle.
Never again. I was better just going without.
Good prices, great atmosphere, fast service… Only problem is they hired this ONE who was not qualified to cut animal’s hair at PetSmart, let alone a man’s!

This place is AWESOME! They cut your hair just right, decent prices and the service is really good. The girls who work there are really nice and easy to talk to. So if you’re looking for more of a long-​term «regular stylist/​barber» experience… it’s perfect.
TVs, lovely girls, free drinks, good service. What other reason do you not have to come here?! Usually it’s pretty dead anyways so you can normally just walk in and be taken care of. Oh speaking off… They’re open on Sundays!!! Woot!
