I love range rovers and have purchased three. I will never again buy one through Autobahn FW. After spending $ 100,000 on a vehicle I would expect to be shown finishes and leather selections in person but instead, I was told to build my vehicle online at home and email selections to an assistant. And what do o get as a thank you… nothing from the dealership… but RR sent me a broken camera attachment for my cell which I already own… I purchased from
Amazon for $ 9.99.

I like the service professionals here but the prices are just criminal. I took my car for a 45k service as it is at 38k miles. The service was $ 595 for basically an oil change, a bunch of checks to tell me that I needed new brakes and 4 tires which would cost me $ 4000. Needless to say I’m at another import service place getting brakes for $ 900 not $ 1800. Then I will get tires at another place for $ 800. I already got overcharged for a mirror repair at $ 630 when I was quoted $ 150. Not sure I will continue to go here for service. I will say they are $ 100 or so less than Dallas and Frisco Land Rovers. Ok so I’m a glutton for punishment. I just had to ask what the price of the 45k Service was at the place where I’m getting the brakes. Unbelievably it is only $ 215. So I’m kicking myself as even the guy said you just paid $ 600 for an oil change and tire rotation. One other point to note is that my service technician here in Fort Worth kept telling me when he quoted $ 4000 that Range Rover’s are expensive to maintain. I really didn’t like that because it’s like he presumed that I was just being cheap. Well I just don’t like being taken advantage of especially getting something that is well overpriced where I could really pay less. It’s a known fact that dealerships service departments really rip you off. I’m just confirming it now. I see the light!

Laid-​back, pressure-​free environment. Staff is friendly and informed about the merchandise. A small showroom with more individualized and personal attention for the buyer. Overall good experience.
