Legacy Nails & Spa

I used to really like this place, but today when I went there the lady working on my feet was too rough and nicked my toe so hard that she drew blood. I am now paranoid I may develop some staph infection…

I’ve been to see Mii (pronounced «my») twice and she was fabulous each time. I got the green tea pedicure and it was heaven. The massage was the best I’ve had and she didn’t rush the pedi at all. I will definitely be back to see her.
However, my friend and I went in a few weeks ago and she had a gel pedicure. After 1.5 hours, the gel never adhered to her toenails and we had to start all over again. This may not be there fault, as much as bad polish, but we were there WAY TOO LONG and weren’t offered any type of discount for the service. Had it not been for that, I would have given them 5 stars!

I was very happy with my experience today. I tried the new «dip» nails and received a pedicure. Im very happy with the quality of product and Tony and Tina were very friendly! It was a great experience and my nails looks great!

The lady buffed the bottom of my feet so hard that I had tiny cuts. Three days later I had a staff infection. My foot swelled to the size of a balloon and red streaks ran up my leg to my knee. I had to be on antibiotics for two weeks and missed a couple days of work because of it. Beware

I have used Legacy Nails & Spa since shortly after they opened. Between myself, my daughter, my daughter-​in-​law and my niece we have had manicures, pedicures, waxings and facials. They have always been professional and courteous. I’ve been getting their gel nails since November and love them!

I’ve been using Legacy since they opened. They use to be friendly with decent work. That’s not the case anymore. They’ve become rude & rushed with a new set of techs every other week. They state they can do nail art but only «Billy» can & he rushes to the point it looks awful. I’ve been unhappy with the service for months but have given them chance after chance. Last night was the last straw. I’m tired of being cut by the techs week after week. I’m sick of being up charged for sub par work & I’m completely over the supposed «nail art» that looks juvenile at best. They love to talk amongst themselves while «working» & not paying attention to the work they’re being over paid to do. I would say if your looking for a great salon in the neighborhood with friendly, well educated staff, reasonable prices & beautiful results then keep right on driving past Legacy nails because they have none of these to offer. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE.

I sent my teenage daughter in to get a simple french manicure– on her natural nails. $ 40 later… we were out of there with a basic french manicure on her natural nails.
Pro: her nails looked nice
Con: $ 40 for a manicure? ridiculous!

Bought my daughter a gift certificate for her birthday. She is 8 months pregnant. The person slapped on the lotion and kept jabbing her with her nails. They offered water which was never brought. The Polish was also bad. When I called the manager hung up in me twice. My daughter asked for a manager and the woman said there was none there and she was in charge, she did not feel comfortable saying anything because this was the woman that was painting her toes. I would steer clear!

Amazing service and quality! The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. This is definitely the place to go to get a bit spoiled on your manis and pedis! Love it.
