I’ve lived in a few states now and generally LC isn’t worth it. However this location is a shining gem!!! The minute I walked in the young lady taking my order was so efficient and wrote it down and repeated it back to me before payment! That alone is worth 10 stars in my book! Pizzas are always done exactly how I order them! I’ve been to this location 3 times now and I’ve had the same girl all 3 times and she even remembered me! With this location being on campus I’m amazed! Thank you everyone who works here! You’ve done a great job!

Under new management. Service still sucks. Called in an order tonight (I should have known better!!) and when I got there they were «making it fresh» Did it occur to them that I called it in because I was in a hurry? Still very hot because it’s never ready!

Needs new management. This LC has the worst customer service and wait times. It’s amazing because they are the only college LC around so you would think they’re making a killing. Great example of how even if you’re in the best location, poor management will ruin a business. LC’s biggest advertising claim is «hot and ready», but here, be ready to be hot and waiting. Nothing is ever ready, nothing. Staff is completely unaffected. No greeting, no acknowledgement, no gratitude, nothing. They just seem annoyed that you’re even there to order a pizza. There is absolutely no reason to buy from this establishment.

Typing this review while I wait the usual 8 minutes for a pizza. Im getting the deep dish hot-n-ready combo which ironically isn’t, but I don’t mind waiting. The cashier was nice and processed the order quickly. Small but decent eating area. You can choose your drink too for the combo.
This place is in a good location, near TCU, so good for students.
No complaints here!
