I think they make the best vanilla chai latte bubble tea! I’m very picky about my chai drinks… But this one blew my mind and made my bad day so much better! The apple fritters are delicious as well

Yummy!!! Our family of 5 bought 2 large sausage rolls, 3 small, 5 donuts and a fritter all for $ 10.92. ($ 2.20 per person for breakfast) everyone was very satisfied with quality. Shop is clean. Lady was very friendly.

My go-to donut place. Not the cheapest, but generous with the freebies. My husband loves the jalapeño sausage rolls, and I love donuts with pink frosting. Once I bought a dozen to take to work, and found that the lovely lady behind the counter stuck donut holes in each one, and gave me a baggie of mini donuts. Sooo cute. Mini donuts and tons of sprinkles here :)
