Marriott Courtyard

How wonderful it is to get great customer service in Fort Worth Texas. Thank you to LaMarcus, to Junior and all Housekeeping staff. We are sad to leave tomorrow but have been pleased to have had our stay with you for 5 days. Will definitely return to the Courtyard Marriott again. Thank you thank you thank you

Decent hotel, just staying one night but if staying multiple nights I’d probably prefer nicer. The surrounding geographical area is a little sketch but we don’t feel unsafe. We just made sure to park near the entrance of the hotel. It’s pretty easy to find just off I-​30.
The lobby wows you when you enter as it was recently renovated; however, past the lobby you can see that the hotel is a little older. The lobby was a bit dim for my liking, I would’ve preferred more light. ATM is out of order, the Bistro is quite expensive and is your only food option, no continental breakfast. We will just grab some McDonald’s on our way out of town. I’ve only seen 1 employee since we’ve checked in, I assume he’s the only one here. We had to wait several minutes before we were approached as he explained he was helping another customer over the phone. He was kind and asked us room preferences. We are traveling with a 1 year old toddler so we asked for a quiet room. We were placed on the 3^rd floor with a view of the parking garage but that doesn’t bother us and it is quiet.
Adequate sized room and bathroom. Our room has a sofa bed which the toddler slept on. The sink is outside of the bathroom which is convenient if you’re not traveling solo.
Since we’re just staying the night, we didn’t go to the bar, pool, or gym so no reviews on that.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. The Food service was scary, I’d avoid it in the future unless you want a stiff drink. Btw, coffee in the room very old.

Staff is very nice here. The rooms are pretty big. It’s not the cleanest room but it is acceptable. The hotel is right off route 30 And it is very conveniently located. That said, it can get quite noisy since it is so close to the highway. Bring your earplug and you will have a better sleep at night.

This is where hope goes to die. The gym has equipment that should be in a museum; there are wires hanging out of the wall; the housekeepers don’t use gloves when cleaning your room (as observed by the poster), that is if they come to your room at all; and as a platinum member, I get rooms either facing the highway (loud) or facing the parking deck next door. Oh, my gift when staying there? A diet coke. F this place. And I forgot to mention the non-​functioning wifi– it’s a joke.

Clean hotel, good staff, Gym and Pool
I stayed her for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. I had some issues with one of the staff members on the first day, but I did not get to see her after that.
Requested for a in room fridge and microwave which was delivered immediately. The sheets were changed each day, room service each day. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there is a bar which serves B/​F, lunch dinner and starbucks.
The Gym and the pool are well maintained with clean towels, disposable earphones

Nice and clean, with a newly remodeled lobby. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Only drawback is the one way street the hotel is on, otherwise I’m quite pleased with this Marriott property.
