Everyone needs a little relaxation and a massage is defiantly the way to go! Need to get the knots out of my shoulders, and maybe stop carrying my over grown 2 year old son would help. Love this place but make sure you plan ahead cause they fill up with a quickness.

Do not get tricked into a membership at this location, or any other. They tell you that you have options to get out of it, but you don’t. I was frustrated when I could NEVER get an appointment(even within a week) of needing a massage for myself or my son that has back issues. When i decided it was a waste of money, and wanted out, I went to the location on Hulen and was informed that I couldn’t get out of the contract and that I couldn’t even cancel at that point when the contract was up! I now have to go over there again and sign paper work to get rid of these people. WHAT A PAININTHENECK!!!

I went last night to get my first ever professional massage. Im going to admit, I was very nervous, and unsure of what to expect. The girls at the front were very nice and Christen(spell check) explained how the process worked including prices and different enhancements. I had Ressa as a masseuse and to say the least, she was AMAZING!!! By the end of the massage, I thought I was drunk(lol). She made me feel so relaxed and stress free. She is very popular from what I hear so you have to book ahead(which I did). I will definitely be going back in 4 weeks!

I’m sure their people are nice, yet we had a Sunday appt @6. We drove over there to be told they scheduled a therapist who wasn’t there. Nothing was done. So I asked assistant mgr Jessica to give my mom(a member for a year) a free massage. Jessica stated they can only give free massage at the office that messed up. Hopefully we will return to hulen one day.

Great location, great therapists. Polite and respectful receptionists. Scheduling appointments is pretty easy and flexible!

I’ve never had a bad massage here. I don’t do the membership thing because massage Groupons for other places is still cheaper, IMHO. Aaaand I don’t want my bank account dinged every month. My recent life events(grad school, wedding, pregnancy, house purchasin’) are not privy to it. Many employer discounts offered. I had one from Baylor, and I still have one from my new employer, Parkland. Bonus tip: If you don’t go back within 6 months, the massage price drops back to the introductory rate :) So my prenatal cost $ 75 for an hour and a half!(It’s like $ 50-something for members).

Overall Massage Envy is a good choice for the person in need of a regular(weekly or minus the frills) massage without an all day commitment and without gouging your wallet. You can purchase massages in bulk for a deep discount or join and pay monthly and still get an economically good deal. You can also use these at any Massage Envy location but try to arrange that prior to your arrival. There are nice products for purchase in the waiting area. They do offer other services such as facials depending on the location so check the website for your location. The massage rooms are not 100% quiet, there is adjustable lighting but you may need to remind them to lower the lights so you can relax, the tables are not heated and the therapists are not all equally trained — some are much better than others at particular services. Be sure to ask for a technician who specializes in your area of need. If you do not provide a credit card — even if you have pre-purchased your sessions or are a member — you are likely to NOT have an appointment when you arrive. This happened to me twice and can be a huge disappointment. The employees who call to schedule your appointments or to confirm them can use some skill-up in the customer satisfaction and customer service areas at all locations in my experiences. Having said that, if you know these things going in and aren’t surprised, this is a good company for a budget conscious consumer but, due to the poor scheduling skills(arrived to no appointment here), a failing grade with the phone support and front desk staff, as well as just a general lack of customer service training, I will likely not use this location again.

This place is great! I’m a new member. I got a massage right away and even got to extend a 60 min into a 90 min. I needed a deep tissue. Stacy really went to work on my problem areas right away and I felt fantastic when I left. The staff was very polite as well. I have dealt with other Massage Envy stores who had terrible customer service. But this location is legit.

The Therapist are fantastic. I can honestly say their have only been a few times that I did have a great experience, good, but not great. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. So why only two stars? My wife and I have been members for over a year and a half. We have had several cancellations from this facility because a therapist could not make it in. It doesn’t thrill me, but I can understand that people do get sick or have emergencies that are beyond their control. However, there have been times(for reasons unknown) where they simply forgot to make the reservation. We always call at least a week in advance to make a reservation and there have been times that they have forgotten to book either my wife or myself. This has happened on more than one occasion. One Sunday morning we arrived five minutes before our scheduled 9am appointment and the staff was waiting outside because the manager was late. At 9:30 another manager arrived and we were given a half massage and a complementary hour on our next visit. We love the Therapist, but management is truly lacking at this facility.

I have had a fantastic experience, every time! I am a member with a 1 year contract, which means you get a one hour massage once a month for $ 39! Yes, I said one hour for $ 39! Right off the bat, the manager made me feel like a queen, always catering to me and is so sweet. The biggest problem I have always had with massage therapists is that they want to talk the entire time! Hello, massage is not relaxing when you are talking about gossip, but at Massage envy, they are so professional, and will only talk as much as you want them to. They management hires only well trained and experienced staff that really know what they are doing. Lacey is a fantastic therapist, one of the best I’ve ever had, and Stephanie is amazing also. Stephanie specializes in sports massage, and knows every little detail about the human body. Every pressure point, every muscle, tendon, ect. I had problems with my abdomen for years and had been to many doctors and had many expensive tests for no one to tell me what was wrong, and after mentioning it once to her, she knew exactly what it was, and it turned out to be a muscle under my organs. After working on it for 3 months now(3 times) the pain has decreased at least 25% every time! I feel like she saved my life! They check a medical chart you fill out and always know what is going on with your needs and desires, they are great!

I have never visited an establishment that was solely dedicated to massage so I have no precedent, but I loved the set up and idea. The MTs were professional and will massage to order(firm touch, soft touch, shiatsu, deep tissue etc.) I’ve had therapists who take it too far in insisting that you need a different service than you request. I had no problems with that at ME. Although the service was affordable, the suggested gratuity bordered on unreasonable i.e. $ 20 tip for a $ 40 service. Overall, I had a great experience at Massage Envy. For the price, the service can’t be beat. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Fort Worth.
