Master Europa

Based on previous reviews I chose Master Europa and found their professional reputation is well deserved. Melissa has great customer service and was always prompt on keeping in touch throughout the process. I needed a difficult multi layered hue painted on some parts for the rear and sides of the vehicle and Jason and his crew worked overtime to get it just right… He is a perfectionist and a experienced master at his art. Very satisfied and Highly recommend!

Master Europa is an excellent shop, and I highly recommend them for any work on your vehicle. Melissa earned my business with her knowledge of Audi vehicles, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my situation. My vehicle was clearly a high priority to them. The perfect paint work on my bumper by Jason was complimented by their tech who installed it and ensured everything was functioning like new. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by name by Martin, the parts manager. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement.

These guys are AWESOME !! Don’t you just hate it when your tailgate gets crunched over a stupid mistake and everyone tells you it can never be fixed, you’ll have to buy a new tailgate? I brought in my brand new beautiful Red 2015 Chevy Silverado just to ask by chance if it could be fixed. They said, well no promises, but leave the tailgate to see what we can do. In 3 days, Mike Esse, manager, called me back and said it was ready. OMG I could not believe it looked brand new ! Like it had never been damaged! The color matched Perfectly! I love it !! Highly, highly recommend them over ANYONE else in the Fort Worth area! I can’t thank you enough for saving me time and money from having to buy a new tailgate. Thanks again.

From start to finish I was pleased with this shop. I feel like it’s hard to find a place that does auto work that is not only honest but does good work.
The first place I went to said the bumper needed to be replaced but Mike said that he could melt and reshape the current plastic for cheaper. They did an incredible job, and they even felt bad and apologized when they had to add a $ 10 bracket. They also have a good setup with a local Hertz that gets discounted price on rentals and they came and picked me up. When I picked up my car, I just dropped it at the shop and they took care of it. They also cleaned and waxed the car.
I hope I don’t need to go back, but if I do, I will go back to Master Europa

Not by my own volition but I seem to be a regular here. I find myself torn between shouting the praises of Master Europa from the rooftops and keeping them as my secret… Rooftops it is! They are honest, communicative and generally nice people to do business with. My car is returned when promised or before and they make sure that you are satisfied before you leave the shop. It’s like getting a new car back each time I take it in.

I’ve known Jeff for a couple years now, and I knew who to go to when my 2011 VW Jetta was hit by a tree branch in the recent storms. He provided me with an estimate, which was very fair, especially since I was paying out of pocket, and I knew I couldn’t get a better deal.
I brought my car in, got hooked up with a rental, and left my Jetta in good hands. It took a little longer due to a holiday weekend, but the staff at Master Europa got the job done, and my car was good as new.
Jeff and his staff are absolutely top-​notch, and I highly recommend them.

I recently had the front bumper of my BMW repaired at Master Europa and to say I am pleased with the end result is an understatement. The entire process was easier than expected. All the employess I came in contact with at Master Europa were thorough, knowledgable, and kind. Mike mainly assisted me throughout the process, but I received help from others as well. They offered to get in contact with the insurance company directly so that I would have do minimal work. They got in contact with Enterprise and helped me set up my rental car as well as set up rides to and from the rental car facility. My car now looks wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receievd at Master Europa. I hope this review encourages you to inquire more about Master Europa and potentially choose them as your future car repair shop!

I just had my 2007 Honda Pilot repaired. I decieded not to use a dealership of chain repair place and try a independent company. I could not have been more pleased with the service and politeness of Mike. It is bad enough when you have a motor vehicle collision that is your fault and then have to deal with having it repaired. This was by far the best service I have ever had and I have had my share of fender benders. The work is perfect and trust me I pay attention to the finest of details. It must be perfect. Mile also noticed my inspection was out and had it inspected for me. This was a great experience for me. Also Cliff at enterprise leasing on 7^th street was great in getting me in a car and then taking me around the corner to get my car. You won’t be disappointed with this company!

I found Master Europa on Unilocal and decided to use them based on the reviews. The reviews were all true… Mike was great, the office staff was friendly, they got me in quick and my black Audi A4 looks like the dent on my rear panel was never there! Mike even caught a random comment I made about paying for the insurance coverage on the rental car that’s offered by the rental car companies and informed me that I was wasting my money (which my insurance agent confirmed… your liability coverage likely covers any damage to rental cars and your deductible likely does not apply to liability claims). All around great experience and the estimate was lower than Caliber Collision. No complaints whatsoever. Well done Master Europa, thank you!

They just repaired my 2012 VW Jetta and I have to say that their work is impeccable! Their damage inspection was very thorough, the attention to detail was impressive and their communication throughout the process was very proactive.
Mike assisted me throughout the process. He is patient, a superb listener and obviously knows his business.
I had the cheapest car in the shop and it got the care and attention that a BMW or Mercedes would get. My car looks brand new and left the shop cleaner than it went in.
They are honest, timely, fair and friendly. They made the end of a very unpleasant accident a great experience!

My Mercedes was rear ended and I was contemplating different shops to get it repaired. My girlfriend recommended that I talk to Mike at Master Europa; she had her car repaired about 3 months ago there. Mike was very professional, courteous, and he seemed to be very proficient in his field. He was completely honest upfront about all the work that needed to be done. We talked about my insurance company and he was very thorough and frank about the process that would take place. Mike had won me over, I knew at that instance that this is where I wanted the work done on my car.
I scheduled my appointment, dropped off my car, and then I felt worry free. I knew my car was in good hands and it would only be a matter of time before she would be beautiful and back to normal again. Mike called me way sooner than I ever would have imagined to inform me my car was repaired. When I arrived at the shop, I met Jeff and the first thing he wanted to do was go over the repairs. They do exceptional work. The repairs were flawless and she looked good as new. I was ecstatic about the work that they dedicated to my car. Needless to say, I drove home content with my shiny ride.
Master Europa impressed me from day 1. They kept me informed, happy, and they do superior work. Their prices were very reasonable and they really do look out for their customer’s best interest. This place will take care of you. I am a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone in the future. Do yourself, and your car a favor, and do business with this fine establishment.

I think you can agree that we are always hesitant of hiring a company you have never done business with, especially anything related to car repairs.
Mike at Master Europa was the person that I spoke to initially and from the very beginning (not a client yet) was extremely helpful and informative! His customer service was extraordinary; it became obvious I would soon become a client.
When I drove up to Master Europa (my vehicle was hit from the back, heavy damage), Mike greeted me at the shop. He said that if at any point the payment made from the insurance didn’t cover the repairs, they would contact the insurance directly… and that is exactly what they did; they took care of everything from that point forward.
At one point Mike had called to let me know my car was ready. Shortly after that phone call, he called back and said I found that the repairs weren’t entirely complete, so we will call you once that has been done. I knew then, that this shop was honest and didn’t accept room for error.
And I was right! I went to pick up my car and it looks FABULOUS! Runs & looks great… truly, doesn’t even look like any damage was ever done to my vehicle!
I hope this review helps you choose Master Europa when looking for a car repair shop. Now days, it’s hard to find great customer service. These guys are all about their customers! I would recommend them company 100%.

I can’t sing this business’s praises highly enough! Professional, courteous, honest, and truly looking out for their customers.
When I called Master Europa to ask for an estimate on a minor car repair (my mirror was knocked off while the car was parked and no note was left), Mike (I presume he’s the owner or manager) told me he’d check and call me right back. I’m a medical student and I told him that I honestly was looking for the least expensive option possible. When he took my information and inquired as to what type of damage had been done to my vehicle, he was patient, professional, and sounded very knowledgeable.
Minutes later, Mike called me back and said that he had made some calls and, knowing my need to keep costs to a minimum, said that the most affordable way for me to fix my mirror was to purchase one from a local business directly and put it on myself. (He of course inquired first as to whether I or someone close to me could perform this relatively simple repair). He then gave me the phone number of a local parts supply company with whom he does business regularly, told me whom to talk to and said to tell him, «Mike called.»
Needless to say, I am floored. This business is truly looking out for its customers. I have no doubt that they would have done excellent work at a fair price, but knowing my situation they helped me find the least expensive option. You can bet that I will go to Mike at Master Europa every time I need work done on my car, and will recommend this business to friends and colleagues. These guys are definitely a business you can trust!

I got rear-​ended really bad on I-​30 and the guy’s insurance wanted me to get my repairs done at their default shop — Caliber Collision. I never trust the big chains so I called around and looked online for a reputable collision shop. I got a good recommendation for Master Europa, but they couldn’t see me for 2 weeks. I decided to try out Service King because they could get to my car a week earlier… big mistake.
Service King immediately told me I’d have to pay out of pocket, because, they swore there was damage done from a previous accident. They were all ready to charge me $ 1500 on top of the insurance money, because them and the insurance company insisted there was previous damage.
Long story short… I got my car the hell outta there and decided to wait the extra week for Master Europa. Europa calmy spoke to me about how to talk to the insurance company, and although I had to make many calls, I finally got a hold of somebody to re-​examine my car, and they found that they were liable for all repairs and I got the money I deserved. This only happened because of Master Europa taking the time to care about me, my car, and my situation.
The difference in customer service from Service King to Master Europa is like the difference between Walmart and a Mom and Pop shop.
This place will not give you the runaround like the big chains. They will take care of you. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.
