Terrible service, messed up our order and tried to charge us for their mistake, the would not remedy the situation which was clearly their wrong doing, the manager was unprofessional, and rude.

I freaking hate McDonalds. My kids freaking love McDonalds. After all, chicken nuggets are one of their four major food groups.
This location gives a mixed impression. The parking lot is dangerous. I frequently interact with beggars and hustlers. I wait to park my car right by the window so I can keep my eye on it.
Ironically, this is one of the cleaner McDonalds in the area (stay away from Beach and 121).
The big draw for us is the best Playland on the east side. We get to play on a 25 foot treehouse!

Another bad McDonalds. This one gets the stale/​soggy fry award. This location has short changed my order ¾ times, most recently for 3 large fries. When I returned no apologies. They acted like they were doing me a favor. And this location doesn’t stock most condiments. They never have mayo or light mayo packets and give me 3 packets of ketchup even if I have 15 items. They even marked diet on the sweet tea top rather than the diet… Incompetence or purposeful? Who knows.

They disabled the power outlets now if you want to charge your phone or laptop there while using their wifi. Employees act like they don’t have a clue (which is true for most peeps that work there).

Very nicely remodeled Location. Drive-​thur with ease in the widely sectioned lanes. Menu boards are big and bright. Much cleaner surrounding and more inviting. Service was fast and hot! Drive Thru is open 24hrs.
