I would just bet that due to this company’s lack of professionalism they are the «2» that found my post funny. Well I find it funny that «4» people found it helpful. Perhaps those 4 would have been potential clients for you perhaps not but then who knows. I truly hope that more folks find my post helpful both good and bad. Stay away from this company for you see kindness does matter; no matter what you choose to do in life you can do it with kindness.

Metro Parking Solutions towed my car from a Marriott parking lot in Fort Worth, Tx. this past weekend, My parking tag was in the car but not in plain sight. They driver couldn’t see it because he towed the car @ 2:12am when it was dark. We all understand that the folks who do this job are not of character or scruples. Its a bottom feeder job. They damaged my tailgate during the tow. They then jammed the back of the truck up against a fence with weeds that could have been poison ivy so I could not view the back of the truck. One would definitely feel that they attempted to conceal the damage. In any case, you are at their mercy for which the city has allowed it to be that way. Companies who use this company should be ashamed. If you frequent a business that uses this company you should not visit their establishment. They also contribute to the problem. The only way to right the wrong is to not go to the businesses that use them. The individual who towed my car was C. Licarde. TDLR#33 375.
