Very polite and professional. Had a sink leak that another plumber made two trips and couldn’t fix. Called NCT on the recommendation of a neighbor. They fixed the leak and the NCT technician was able to pinpoint another potential issue that the home-​builder did incorrectly and fixed the issue as well. The sink now works better than it did when it was brand new! Their price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
