This location is awful. I placed a simple copy order for 4 pages. I assumed it would be completed within the hour time frame they claim. I went to the location and was simply told it wasn’t ready. I wasn’t given an estimate of time. I shopped for a couple of items thinking that I could wait a few minutes for my order to be completed. They clearly saw me standing and waiting, without any acknowledgement. I finally left and went home to wait. Four hours later I called to inquire and was told it hadn’t been completed so I told them I thought that was way too long and seeing as I needed it before 8pm I asked it be canceled. No apology, no service, nothing. You guys do realize we now live in a climate where the most service-oriented companies win the business, right? Under no circumstances will I do business at this location, and potentially no longer with Office Depot.
