Well I got to give these guys 5 stars for customer service. To make a long story short I thought I had a bad computer(bought by someone I was doing IT work for). No matter what I tried the computer showed nothing during boot. I tried everything obvious, including a different monitor and EVERY trouble-shooting step on HP’s website. The computer was returned(only the computer, I kept everything else to «make things simple») and they swapped it out. Guess what? New computer«did not work» either. Turns out it was a bad USB keyboard that prevented the computer from doing ANYTHING(not even beep). I figure this out as I unplugged cables preparing to box the computer back up. With the keyboard unplugged I got a «keyboard error» and it was all copasetic from there. I later returned with the bad keyboard and it was swapped out for the one that was in second computer’s box. I felt like a goof, but at least it ended well.
