Horrible, slow, rude service. We were treated with disdain after every menu question we asked. We only got water after being there 15 – 20 minutes. We could not find our server to get our order, so we got up and left. No one even cared that we didn’t eat.

Upon entry, we immediately noticed a foul odor. As we were seated, my nose received the horrible smell again, then it triggered, this smells like a «dirty dog». We got up and told them that it reeked in there with bad odors and we were leaving. I couldn’t possibly try to sit down and enjoy a meal over that.

Tried to eat there at about 8:30 this evening. After waiting at the table for 20 minutes, no one had waited on us, greeted us, or even looked out direction. We left.

Let it be known this is my go to for my broke college student budget. I have been going for a couple years now, and have had all extremely great experiences. One bad experience with a hostess set me back a bit. The manager is cool and the food is good. :)

Placed an order to go at 5:50 and am still waiting for said order at 6:45. They told me 20 – 25 minutes and I have seen a woman order since I was sitting here waiting and she has already gotten and eaten her food. Wait time is ridiculous. Horrible.

These ziosk machines that restaurants out at your table are ridiculous. We were greeted by our waitress with you can have unlimited game play for 1.99 instead of today’s specials. When it came to order appetizers she would not take order and made us order on the machine, which she had to to do for us. How hard is it for a waitress to do her job. This is not a dining experience, this does not make me want to come back here.

This is my last visit to this location. It has always been a challenge eating here because it takes forever to get your food. Service today was, as always, spotty. We wound up sending one meal back because it was truly awful. Not a good experience, and it was also expensive. For Italian we’ll be going down the street to Prima’s from now on.

Jayden waited on us and he did an amazing job. I would go back just so he could wait on me again (and no I don’t know him, he just did a great job). We had the never ending pasta bowl. The two new Alfredo sauces are both great. If you like roasted garlic, you will love the Asiago Alfredo. Will be back.

$ 17.00 for shrimp pasta full of shrimp shells. Server was nice and attentive when asked for a manager, but we waited 20 minutes to see the manager. My husband choked on the shell. The manager said it was Olive Garden policy to leave the shells in sauce.

I came in to this olive Garden and I’m impressed with the service. There is a waitress named Ruby she was amazing. I waited on my Fiancé to get here and she checked on me a few times and was just awesome. When you come in ask for her Ruby. You won’t be disappointed and the food was great. Because of her I’ll be back.

Olive Garden is a typical chain restaurant. However, the endless soup and salad with a purchase of an entrée is a real treat! We eat a lot… so when we hear endless we are sold! I am in love with their salad dressing! The house salad is delicious!
My suggestion for an entrée would be the Tour of Italy! It has three different dishes on it, the chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo, and lasagna It really gives you the taste of the traditional Italian favorites.
Dessert suggestion is the Amaretto Tiramisu! AHHH!!! TOO DIE FOR!!! It is a MUST!

This place is great. Their menu is fantastic and they also have a very large drinks menu.
Our server was very attentive and polite, he talked us through the menu and why he recommended each dish.
We ordered the smoked mozzarella fonduta, which was delicious followed by the The tour of Italy and the Shrimp Alfredo. I have never been for pasta, but love lasagne and wanted to try another dish, the Tour of Italy was perfect. I’m still craving their Pasta and sauces, washed down with a glass of Pinot Grigio. left me in a total food coma!
We didn’t have room for desert, but maybe next time!

Yes i know its a chain Restraunt but they can get stuff right and wrong. I have been to this location more than a few times. And can say the wait staff is outstanding always friendly and attentive. A queue i think the hostess can learn from.
We all love the salad and bread sticks and the menu that has recently had new life breathed into it. Sadly I grew up on this Restraunt and I am nothing with out my habits. I order the tour of Italy to get a taste of everything. It is surprising how familiar this dish is to me bringing back childhood memories.
I finish off the meal with a bit of lemon cake with a cream cheese center. I know its frozen but damn not everything has to be perfect. It still reminds me of a good time in my life and makes me feel satisfied.
The food is good not mind blowing the waitstaff is stellar and the memories are priceless.
