Orkin Pest & Termite Control

I had rats in my attic, so I called orkin out to take care of the problem. They sent out one of there techs, he went around the house and in the attic for a bit. When he was finished with his walk through he presented me and my wife with a treatment plan which consisted of putting out poison outside, and putting traps in the attic. They locked us down on a year contract where they came out every two months for a $ 100 charge and checked the traps and put out more poison. About five months went by, and still we had rats in the attic. Called their office and expressed my frustration in a calm manner, just to have the women on the phone tell me that since I heat movement in the day that it was not rats but some other kind of critters and that said critter removal was not covered under the treatment plan that I was paying for. I lost my patients at this point, so I canceled their services and went to home Depot bought $ 30 woth of traps and poison. Within a week the rodents were gone. I would not recommend anyone use orkins services, unless you fancy paying a lot of money for no results.
