Overhead Garage Door

Wow! I just called this place to get a quote about a spring which broke above my garage door. Immediately, they asked for the size of the spring. I informed them that I was at work and unaware, as well as, that I didn’t know that I needed this information to gather quote. The rep responded in a harsh way implying that I should have known this before contacting them.
No, thank you. I personally work as a contractor. There’s no way that I would have made it treating people in that matter.
Overhead Garage Doors, please understand that people call you because they need help. You are the experts. I would highly recommend you place the gentleman that answered the phone in a more suitable role, if he stays on your «dime.»

Very good group that did a great job. On time, professional and competitively priced. A nice bonus is the owner is chiseled like a Greek god who I am confident could hold his own in a 3 way octagon battle with a lion and a silverback gorilla. No homo.
