I have not encountered an unfriendly employee. I love that they already know my name and greet me when I walk in. They are always willing to answer all my silly questions and never make me feel unimportant. And I get tan fast :) Thank you PBT !

I absolutely enjoy coming here.
It is always very clean and the staff are amazing!

I really like the staff here. They treat me like a human and not like an idiot who they’re just trying to sell products to. I started going here because it’s closer to my apartment than the university location and kept going here because of the great staff and lack of sorority girl customers…

The staff here isn’t very friendly. They barely even smile and greet customers. I don’t feel appreciated and one time they actually forgot to set the bed, so I was stuck there ready to go and had to call the front office so I wouldn’t have to get dressed and tell them to turn it on. The only reason I go to this location is that it’s closer than the University location if I’m going straight from work.
