Don’t expect more than it is. It’s fast food Chinese food. It’s kid friendly and they do have healthier options. The kids’ meals are reasonably priced. They cut their vegetables fresh at the store. I have found the drive through to the be quick, and the employees are cut-of-the-mill fast food employees.

I wanted white rice, i got fried. And to top it off it was burnt. second the Beijing beef is disgusting with just pieces of beef, undercooked onions drenched in orange chicken sauce with peppers. Only thing good id the kung pao but its always greasy and skimpy on the meat

Panda Express, your headquarters for fast American-Chinese food. Although some may have aspects of authentic dishes, you don’t come here for that. You come here for what Americans love in Chinese food; super saucy unhealthy food. Come here not looking at the nutritional values of their dishes, cause it won’t be any good. I came here to pick up food on the way home from a late night and it took 15 minutes for me to get through the drive thru. The drive thru was not even busy(only 2 cars in front of me and none behind). I get to the window and the cashier is like oh yeah you order and then walked away. He had to go prep my food as I waited in the window. They seem to have a hard time multitasking and no way would I go through the drive thru again… But then again, it wouldn’t be such a loss to Panda Express, as I never frequent this restaurant.

Panda Express is a Chinese fast food chain that’s all over DFW and beyond. It is what it is, fast food. I come to Panda Express because they do have some good options when you want something different and at a pretty reasonable price. Their brown rice option, the steamed veggies, along with their other entrees sometimes are good alternatives for the area that I work in. I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they are always courteous. The store itself is kept well, inside and out. This location isn’t any different than any other Panda Express that you may go to, EXCEPT… the only gripe that I have with this particular location is that they are always out of either one item or another. Today for instance, they were out of brown rice. When I went before, they were out of shrimp. Another time I had to wait for them to steam some more veggies. I always have to change what I want to order because of this. Like I said, this is a fast food joint… the people are cool, and the food will get you to your next meal. It is what it is. I just hope they learn to do inventory a little better in the future.

Quick dinner while out shopping. Noticed the serving portions are reduced significantly tonight. That is usually a sign of business going down. Also the food out was not as fresh.

I wanted some quick Chinese food so I decided to stop in. I hadn’t dined at Panda Express in quite a while. i was pleasantly surprised. The orange chicken was nicely seasoned and had just enough«fire» to tempt my taste buds.

The food is good we all know that. But it is when they try to give you yestardays leftover is when you get kind of upset. I feel like the food here as not fresh and they did not keep up with what people wanted. There might be other locations to visit.

Service is alright. I wasn’t too impressed. The food is always just okay, but I haven’t stopped going, so they must have something to them… ORANGECHICKEN. lol I do wish they still offered soups.

What’s up with all the Panda Express hate here? LOL Yes, the best Chinese food to be found in town will not be here. But what were you expecting from a fast food place? And as far as fast food goes, I think Panda Express goes above and beyond what most other places even put the effort into. They make their items fresh(constantly), the store looks very clean(typically) and even though the overall price can be a bit shocking; they do give you a ton of food. Michael W., if you didn’t like the forks(which are just like anyone else’s) then use the chopsticks(they are available). Don’t like the Musak, then sit outside(outdoor covered patio) or get it to go(drive-thru). And I can’t fault a restaurant for being in a particular location(yes, the possibility of someone looking for a handout is somewhat high at this location — located close to a bus stop, between a Wal-Mart and a Liquor store). But you can always say that you don’t have any money to give. Anyhow, given the amount of people that were going through this place, I’d say that complaints like these are probably few and far between(as long as you put it into perspective).

Yuck. This was the worst excuse for a «Chinese» food restaurant that I’ve ever had the misfortune to step into. I’ve had microwavable meals from the frozen section of the grocery store that were better than my experience at Panda Express. It was bland, tasteless and runny. I only took a couple of bites. I took the 2nd one hoping I was wrong about the first one. I could not eat it. And having been in the Marine Corps and surviving on MRE’s and crackers for stretches at a time, I don’t consider myself a picky eater. But the Chinese style MRE’s are better than the food I got at Panda Express.

I don’t know why I constantly even go here, the food is so blah yet over spiced and the service is way better at Jack in the Box.

I wouldn’t go as far as calling the food here«gourmet,» but I guess that is only ONE man’s opinion. I’d say it was acceptable Chinese food, on par with every other Chinese restaurant in the area. It’s fast, relatively affordable, and easy to get in and out of. So much for the good points … The one thing that REALLY disturbs me here are the serving utensils. To wit, you only get ONE with your meal, that is, an incredibly small plastic fork stuck unceremoniously into your rice. That’s it! No knives, spoons, or other serving utensils are to be found on the premises. Two thumbs up for the orange flavored iced-tea, but a big frown for the lack of iced-tea spoons. After all, this is Texas, and people live and die by their iced-tea and a lot of us do like it sweetened. Did you ever try to mix two bags of regular sugar into a big cup of iced tea with a drinking straw? It doesn’t work. About a third of the way through my meal, I realized that most of the food is dropping off of my fork and back onto the table or the floor. My fork is like a baby toy in my hand and the angle of attack needed to transport the food to my mouth is so acute, I feel like a recent stroke victim learning how to feed themselves. Not to mention that at one point, I managed to bite off the end of one of the prongs. Ouch! All this while«Pocket Full of Kryptonite» and other memorable tunes blare out on the Musak system. I don’t know about you, but a lot of businesses can cut out the audio entertainment completely: it makes me nauseous and desperate to find the exit. But I guess that’s how they turn over tables and get people out the door … Which of course I did, only to be accosted by one of the local panhandlers asking me if I had any money for food. Apparently, he had enough green already, as he strutted into the Panda just after I turned him down. Short plastic forks, annoying Musak, so-so Chinese food, and creepy beggars in the parking lot. Another wonderful combination, all contributing to an enjoyable, relaxing dinner …
