I decided to stop by and try their fried chicken as I felt like getting some. I have been to other fried chicken restaurants and this one is fairly ok. The restaurant is small and hole in the wall kind of restaurant, it didn’t seem too clean, but not too dirty either; I could see flies flying around in the restaurant. The chicken is fairly good, not very good but not bad either, but very greasy and not freshly made. They put the pre-fried chicken on their hot plate in stead of freshly fried. The fries are ok, just expected a little more for the price. Overall I think this restaurant is ok, a hit or miss. The service was ok, but can be better.

A ++!!! Love their food!!! VERY inexpensive, and so, so good. Their sweet tea is to die for!

The chicken alone warrants a 5 Star review, however the sides leave much to be desired. Potatoes are bland and flavorless. They taste like they poured them from a bag and added water. Same with the gravy. The corn nuggets are probably bought and are ok. I haven’t tried the catfish yet, but the chicken prices and taste will keep me returning, I just won’t be getting sides. In conclusion: chicken-5, potatoes-1, gravy-2, corn nuggets-3, rolls-3, price-5, ambiance-1. If your coming for something other than the chicken(or maybe fish), you may be disappointed.

A hole in the wall fast food joint. Fried rice is exactly $ 1. I always order the chicken wings, fried catfish & shrimp platter. The sweet tea is to die for! I don’t care for their fried chicken, which is what they’re known for.
