Perfect Touch

Love this place. My husband and I came last year on a weekend trip and have come back several times since all the way from Houston. Amazing staff, awesome service and perfect massages!

I’ve used Perfect Touch for airbrush tanning and have had good experiences, but I recently had a massage that just wasn’t up to par. Not a terrible experience, but I’ve had much better massages in Fort Worth. I can handle pretty intense pressure in a massage, but this was just painful. It was as if the masseuse was pinching my skin. Bizarre. I’m not sure if she was inexperienced or if her technique was just not my style. I used a gift certificate… so at least I didn’t pay for what turned out to be a less than relaxing afternoon.
Maybe I’ll try Perfect Touch for another type of spa service, but I’ll be going elsewhere for massages.

Deborahhhhh!!! Thank you for the best massage I’ve ever had, ever. I love this place, it is so tranquil. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The prices are very good, they are almost always able to squeeze us in for a couples massage. I love this place and refuse to go anywhere else.

Got the special where it’s a one hour massage and either the body polish herbal wrap or seaweed wrap, husband and I got the one hour couple massage and herbal massage and let me tell you this was by far THE BEST MASSAGE AND WRAP we have ever had !!! Oh my gosh we are still tingling and feeing relaxed the ambiance is calm and they give you champagne HIGHLY RECOMMEND but book because they do fill up fast way better than massage envy! Good job y’all we will be back !

My husband and I had a champagne couples massage and it was super relaxing. They got us in there quickly and the massage therapists were professional and very good with their hands. It was the first time we didn’t need to ask for more pressure during the massage, I actually had to ask my massage therapist to go a little lighter. After the massage my husband and I were very relaxed and we were served champagne and wine before we paid. Would definitely go back and recommend.

I had a back treatment/​back facial done this afternoon and I will definitely be back for more services! My esthetician (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was wonderful. She didn’t try to sell me anything, instead offered advice on how to better change my diet and use natural remedies to help my back acne improve before my April 10^th wedding. The place is much bigger than it looks from the outside, very clean, warm and inviting. I can’t wait to come back!

My favorite place to relax! My husband and I usually do a couples massage a couple times of year and we absolutely love every therapist we have ever had. Very professional and great customer service!

Was able to schedule a same day appointment yesterday. Called around 1 and was in for a massage by 4. Kudos!
I’ve been here a few times in the last few years but it’s always been a great experience. The entrance is tucked away in the back of the building where it may look sketchy but it is anything but once you get inside. I had Erin yesterday and she was pleasant and professional. Told her I had a back spasm in my lower back and she spent a good amount of time trying to work it loose. After you’re done with your session, you just head back up to the front and pay the receptionist. I didn’t have cash so was able to tip through my card.

Irena was my massage therapist and she was incredible! One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Great, relaxing, just the right amount of friendly atmosphere!

Called today at 5:40 pm and was offered an appointment the same day at 6 pm or 7 pm. And let me just say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had! Iriana was so sweet and did so wonderful! She was not afraid to really get in there with my back and I appreciate that so much ! I will for sure be back ! I recommend this place to anyone! Such sweet amazing people !

5 star for being professional and gentle on my face. Had a facial done. Kacey did an excellent job! Now I know why it is one of the top places to go to.

I went for a brazilian and underarm wax. Casey was amazing! It had been awhile since I had a brazilian (2 years) and it was my first underarm wax, so I was a but nervous. She was very sweet. We talked the whole time but not awkwardly. She made sure I was ok when I looked as if I was going to cry (not her fault ripping hair out of sensitive parts hurts). I’ve had a horrible experience with my brazilian wax before and she really couldn’t have been more comforting. Very professional. The place is very clean. It’s a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else for my waxing services! I will definitely be back.

I have yet to have less than superb experience at Perfect Touch. Every therapist is skilled and professional! I used to live two hours away and would make the drive to come to this spa! Thank goodness I am back home and the spa always has openings to fit my busy schedule.
I would recommend Ellen or Ariel! They have been particularly special to me because anytime I have specific problem, they work it right out. Also, The front desk staff is courteous and sweet!
Definitely recommend!

Had my first pregnancy massage today! It was amazing! Made me feel 100% better. :)

I Love this place. Only wish I found it years ago! Service is impeccable, facilities are clean and pleasant, the price is appropriate and affordable! I have had a massage a facial and manicure and a pedicure at this location on various days! The service is always impeccable!

I scheduled a couples massage for me and my boyfriend at Perfect Touch, because it was the only place we were able to get in on such short notice. It also stated on their website that they had been voted best couples massage, so I felt like it was a pretty safe bet.
The décor was a little dingy compared to other spas that I have been to. While my boyfriend was satisfied with his massage therapist, mine was terrible. She didn’t massage me at all, instead she used her forearms and fingers to lean on me and press into certain areas and then she’d hold that position for an extended period of time and not move. It was actually quite painful and honestly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had.
The description online and in their brochure said we’d be offered a glass of champagne before the massage, which did not happen.
I also feel as though we were shorted on time. Our appointment was supposed to start at 7 and we were booked for one hour. They came and got us about 7:05 and we were up paying at the front desk at 8:00.
Would not recommend this place to anyone and would not go back.

2 stars because the price is cheap and they use quality products, but that’s about all this place has going for them.
Just moved to Fort Worth and my husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday that I used to get a facial. He picked this place purely based on the location because we like the area. While the girl who gave me the facial was really nice and professional, this was probably the worst facial I’ve ever had, and I get them pretty regularly.
The towels that were used were so old and rough that I actually have a scab under one of my eyes and one on my nose where the skin was rubbed raw. The facial was painful, which is something I’ve never experienced. I asked the girl to be a little more gentle, which she did, but the towels were just so rough it really didn’t matter by the time I said something.
Additionally, the walls were very thin and I could hear two women who worked there having a conversation that lasted, seemingly, about the duration of my facial. Not very relaxing.
Perhaps their other services are more enjoyable, but I will not be returning to find out.

My ex bought me a gift certificate for a massage almost 5 years ago. I loved it so much that I’ve kept coming back ever since. It’s always great and everyone is always friendly.

I am really surprised that there are not more reviews up on this find. It’s tucked away in the 7^th street area of Fort Worth, kiddie corner to the landmark bar and kitchen. Went in to have my eyelashes tinted and for the price of $ 15, it is below the norm of $ 25 bucks! I had an appt for 7 but they were running a little behind but none the less I didn’t feel rushed through the service, thinking they might try to make up for lost time. When your finished at first it will look like your eye makeup ran but once you get home and give your face a good wash you will love your eyes. I recommend going later in the evening so you can go home and wash up. The whole process was 15 — 20 mins, not to bad for not having to apply mascara for the next 3 weeks!
While you wait they offer wine or champagne, can never go wrong with those options!

First time here, went for a full face wax. Shay was my esthetician. She was very professional and did a great job.
If you ever get a full face wax sometimes they only get to the jaw line, but not them, she did my chin and entire neck.
Price was reasonable for a spa like setting instead of a typical nail salon.
