Worse customer service and you can’t use other facilities unless you pay a significant monthly up charge. Beds are just ok and the radios never work.

I decided to visit Planet Beach one day back in January when a discount offer came up on
. I purchased the Groupon not knowing what to expect and ended up having one of the best tanning and spa experiences of my life. Not only was all the beds and spa equipment clean and effective… BUT the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful! I felt a wave of relaxation as I learned about new health treatments and the «starter» kit they had for the groupon deal was very useful in making the most of my trip.
The only downside was the tanning lotions were really expensive but I ended up investing in the facial, sweatmore, and daily face cleansing system because they were definitely worth the results I experienced! You get all the spa services included in your membership and unlimited tanning visits, the staff will even let you make last minute appointments and get ya taken care of in a pinch!
Very Friendly staff, professional and helpful. If I didn’t have to move away for work I would definitely continue my tanning sessions at this Planet beach location.
