Always get the Wreck and never disappointed. I skip the chips and get the Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookie.

I had chicken salad and Mac and cheese with hot peppers. I should have gotten the hot peppers on my sandwich. The hot peppers were amazing! The singer was really good. Tuna and chicken sandwiches were good but ham was just ok. Sad that dad ordered a shake and they made this huge shake but only put half in the container and threw the rest away.

They got 12 different orders for me in less-​than-​advertised 7 minute time. The staff was friendly, efficient and accurate making each order.
My customers were happy, I enjoyed a nice lunch myself & my budget was maintained. everything I wanted today.

It was my first time trying Potbelly and I love the customer service. Everyone was friendly. I order my food online and it was ready exactly when I got there. They repeated my order and thanked me for coming.
I had the «A Wreck .» It was delicious and they modified just like I asked. :)

I LOVE Potbelly! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad one and this location was no exception! Staff was incredibly friendly, the food was tasty as always and made just the way I wanted it to be! I like how the sandwiches are somewhere between the 6 and 12in ones of Subway because that makes them the perfect size for my stomach. The chicken enchilada soup is really good. The menu isn’t really extensive, which can be off-​putting to some people, but I’ve never had them turn me down for anything sandwich I’ve ever asked them to make (unless they just didn’t have an ingredient, of course). And they have whole pickles… I love pickles :)

Nice, clean restaurant. Every time I’m on town, I have to stop here for a Turkey sandwich with everything but mustard Nd onions. Oh, and the sandwiches are not sloppy. Staff is very nice.

I remember when me and Potbelly first met in Washington D.C. back in 03. It was love at first bite. The toasted bread is still soft and chewy, the spicy mustard and Italian seasonings are a nice touch, the turkey is cut just right. I always get the turkey (give me the simple life). I love the T-​K-​Y, less bread, meat, and cheese but still plenty of flavor. Their milkshakes and smoothies are great. The dream bars and cookies are great too. I have been to Potbelly many times, but I have never had the soups or salads, I stick with what I know and it’s always been great.

I can eat at Potbelly’s everyday if I could… it’s that good! Better quality meats, breads and cheeses. In my opinion, better than Subway.
I wish they had better, more fresh sides. There sides look like they came out of a big bulk jar from Costco (down the street), and scooped them into little plastic cups.
But, they can give In-​N-​Out Burger a run for their money on the milk shakes!!! They are very tasty. :)

Italian with extra peppers. Spicy, full of flavor and very satisfying.

I stopped in around 2:30 the other day and was impressed by the size of the restaurant, but then surprised by the lack of size of the menu. There’s not a lot going on as far as choices are concerned, and nothing on the menu that you can’t get somewhere else (drinks excluded). I’m just the type of guy that’s in the market for trying new things and
there wasn’t really anything that appealed to me, even to the point I almost just went somewhere else. I stayed though, because if one thing is for sure, you can’t judge quality of a restaurant by the words on the menu or the look from outside.
I had the ‘A Wreck” — salami, roast beef, turkey, ham, and swiss cheese. Added some hot peppers and oil and vinegar and that was about it. Not but maybe 8 things in all to put on the sandwich. Ordered a black cherry soda bottle as well and then sat down to eat. OH, the guy behind the counter could definitely tell it was my first time there and helped walk me through everything and was ultra-​friendly and helpful. Didn’t catch his name, but cheers to him!
Okay, back to sitting down and eating… The soda was huge in flavor, and sugar, too. Whew, I actually added some soda water from the fountain to get it down. Independent distributor though, not a reflection of Potbelly in any way. The sandwich was ho-​hum. Nothing really stood out to me other than having provided sustenance. If a friend wanted to come here, I’d be willing to go along with it, but I’ll continue my food pursuits around the metroplex on my own.
Not a bad restaurant, just nothing outstanding or unique about it to me…

I write with a heavy heart that this Potbelly is the most western location and closest to California. Having experienced the wonder of the meatball sandwich, I can only dream of when I’ll be back hear again. This locale offers friendly fast service and the most delicious sandwiches. If I could bring it to So Cal, I would be first in line.

I came in at around 3pm and ordered an original Italian, which was tasty, dont get me wrong. However I’m one of those weird people that doesnt care for warm sandwiches. Whatever, it was yummy, and I enjoyed my Orangina, which I havent had in forever. We got our food fast and we were on our way. Yummier than Subway, that’s for sure.

When I first looked at the menu, I was a little surprised at how paltry it looked. Fears were quickly allayed, however, when I found Potbelly’s to be a good, solid sandwich shop. You can get your standard fountain drinks or some out of the cooler– Fiji water, glass bottles of IBC root beer, cream soda, Orange Crush, and the like. Sandwiches are toasted. Side chips are of the Zapp’s variety. They have ice cream, smoothies, and shakes in multiple flavors. I mean, I don’t know how well a boysenberry smoothie could be paired with my variety meat sandwich. Still, pretty full service for a sub shop.
Given the ample choices above (except for, again/​ironically the sub choices), it can be a bewildering experience for first-​timers and the faint at heart: we got stuck behind a trio that kept clogging up the line each time a new detail was thrown at them.
The subs were good; I got the «A Wreck,» he got «the Italian.» They threw on waaay more hot peppers on mine than his, but it was still deliciously oily (I had them throw everything on it– mustard, mayo, pickles, lettuce, Italian dressing and oil, hot peppers… everything but the tomatoes). I mean, it ain’t Dino’s, but definitely not bad. A meal for two here is still cheaper than a meal for two at Chipotle.

Food is pretty good, with very large portions. The line can be a little chaotic with its assembly line format, but overall this place is great for lunch.

Ever think. I wonder what Subway would look like if they got an interior decorator to try to make it more like an Old World sandwich shop with shiny wooden booths? Well I just learned it would look like Potbelly. The good thing about Potbelly is they carry Orangina soda — an Italian soda made with orange juice that my close pal the French teacher is a huge fan of. Apparently in Europe it’s a big deal; they drink Orangina like our country consumes cola so I learned something in line waiting to place an order.
The broccoli cheese soup was great but I’d say my «wreck» sandwich was only average. Mostly I don’t eat much lunch meat so to me it tasted really salty. Would I go out of my way for a Potbelly? no. but if you’re pressed for time and are trying to get in and out quickly with some real food it’s an alright place to feed the lunchtime need.

This sandwich place started out in Chicago 30 years ago. The original owner sold it to a young entrepreneur and he started expanding the restaurants several years ago — starting in the Chicago-​land area and moving out of state.
I am originally from the NE — where hoagies/​heros/​subs are a person’s life, these are great tasting sandwiches. I lived in Chicago over 3 years and when I first moved there, I was looking for a great sandwich place and Potbelly’s is it. They have even added salads as well recently. I was so excited to know when I was moving to Fort Worth that Potbelly was here. You definitely should also try the milkshakes –very tasty, especially during the hot days of TX.
