Rob was very helpful, not only in calling his boss to find out if this facility would honor my online price for a nearby Public Storage that sent me there (he wouldn’t), but very efficient and professional. The storage unit was clean but the light bulb was burned out. Rob got a new bulb and ladder and changed it while I waited.
