We were in a pinch, our pool pump went out when the temps in February were down in the teens. The owner quoted my husband an estimated price, but said he would need his man to come out and look at it to give an accurate cost. The man came out and called me with a price and I questioned whether it included labor, etc. He says«that’s all included, I’m going to put a 2.0HP pump in because it does as good job as the 2.5 and it’s cheaper». This price was about $ 200 less than what we were originally quoted. He tells me he will call me at 8:00 Monday morning to let me know if they can come out. I said I had some meetings at work, I could be there when the guy arrives but will need to leave for a couple of hours. Monday morning I have to call them as they never call me, they got my meeting times wrong and weren’t at the house when I returned that afternoon. I got my credit card statement and it’s $ 150 more than what I was quoted. I called and the owner said«we had a price increase and he quoted you the old price». I said«well you could have at least called me and told me he made a mistake, yet I had to call and request my invoice and an explanation, not good customer service»! Next time, we’ll call someone else!

After a bad experience with a local company, I tried Purselley Pool Service to repair a problem with our pool equipment. They were timely and professional. The repairs needed were clearly explained and when an additional visit was required, we were not charged for the labor. I was appreciative of the quick response and attention I got and would definitely recommend this company.
