Quail Run Mobile Home Park

This is the most ran down, trashy mobile home park that I have ever lived in. Our very first night of moving in and there was 3 – 5 cops on foot with assault rifles searching for someone in the park that had shot the security officer. On the premises is a so called «security officer» that sits in his house all day everyday, the only time he patrols the area is when the corporate people are down doing an inspection. The only reason why we moved in this dump is because it has a pool, which you have to pay $ 5 for a wristband for the whole year which they don’t enforce everyone to pay. The pool hours on the gate are from 10am-​10pm which isn’t correct, it’s whenever they get off their lazy butts and go unlock the gate. There are nothing but wetbacks that live here, their thuggy children roam the streets buying off of street vendors and then throw their trash in your yard. Don’t expect for things to get fixed, when we moved in the trailer was unlevel and he told us that it would get fixed. 2yrs later and he’s still giving us some bull crap story on why it hasn’t got leveled yet. They employ trash that like to think they are in charge of telling tenants what to do when they are nothing but maintenance. There are stray dogs roaming all over the place. We moved in with 3 bikes and have gotten 2 of them stolen and a bike seat (really? yep they sure did), because the fence that goes around the park has been cut to where outsiders from the road can get in and out real quickly. They said it would get fixed and it still hasn’t nor do they plan on getting it fixed. So make sure you have some sort of storage building or lock your belongings up. Keep an eye on all of your stuff because it will get stolen by the thugs that live here. Before moving in the only thing they ask of you is to make sure you are not a registered sex offender. With them stating that I felt at ease but then later found out that there are 3 of them living here. Don’t waste your time talking to the office manager either, she’ll just tell you that they were grandfathered in before that rule took effect. Then stop telling people that you don’t allow sex offenders when you clearly still let them in (another just moved in). And don’t employ these sex offenders to perform work for the park or let them be in charge of cleaning the pool where children will be. Do Not Move Here!!!
