I was fleeced by this company .They overinflate repair bills and fees. Thanks Quest crooks !

I had to change my rating to a one star! They were horrible for us! I am honest and to the point and I guess Erika didn’t like the feedback! Should have served the account as you should! The ladies are very nice, but don’t let that fool you. They are a BUSINESS and out to make money in EVERY way they can. If you are NOT savvy on the contract and make sure certain things are approved prior to repair/issues then you are screwed! They love emails and emails only. The biggest disappointment was NOLIVEPERSON answers the phone. It’s an ANNOYING voice mail that forwards your call to record your name, if they feel like talking to you they pick up. I would highly have an attorney read the contract with QPS, plus they rip you off and charge you a fee for a vacant property, when in fact you know damn well they NEVER do anything to rent it out. They«claim» the market is weak, when in fact they have some crazy fees they charge potential renters before they can even apply. This would make anyone run! The fees are about $ 200, no wonder they can’t get a place rented out quickly! They are nice people, however they milk everything they can pull money out of. Thankfully I was able to get out of my contract. They RIP you off when a tenant moves out by charging you for EVERY light bulb in your condo/home at $ 5.00 each(EVERYTIME) there is a move out, plus extra fees to install a bulb(I have invoices showing this). Then they have these bogus«inspection, move in/out» that their maintenance guy does, which ends up costing an owner around $ 2000 — 3000 of UNNECESSARYCHARGES. You never get proof of the work by their guy, just a typed invoice that they submitted. It’s a great way to make money on a owner or tenant. This is just one of the things that is an overcharge. They do it for the money like most, but fairness never happens. They want to use all their own vendors, which they mark it up 2−3x, and they NEVER got to the property to inspect anything. It’s a joke! I could go on and on, but what for? We had a long term contract and were happy until we noticed they didn’t get our home rented out for almost 6 months because they did not do their job. It was time to change companies, and have some friends take over our home. Thankfully we did and we couldn’t be happier. Again, this is business I would NOT ever recommend. This review has taken me three years to write because I wanted to give them the benefit, however really lucky we no longer have this company! They caused us, not 100% to loose money and did not give a damn about it. So much for southern hospitality. If your an owner and looking for a property management company DONOTUSE Quest! The contract is a trap, even charged us monthly fee for it being vacant! I feel this long rating had to be done. I have left out even more of it. They didn’t do their job so we fired them! End of story. Everything in her comment is a complete LIE!
