San Geronimo Y Taqueria

I went to this cute little joint yesterday. My mom had previously gone with my brother, and had rave reviews about it. Our visit went flawlessly except for the simple fact that I didn’t bring any cash, and this is a CASH ONLY establishment. I put that in caps lock so that if anyone happens to be browsing through, they see it. Luckily, the Walgreens down on Berry St (3 minutes away) still has a Chase ATM, so I fetched my money there and drove back.
I ordered their Carne Asada plate, which came with a side of Mexican Rice, beans and my choice of corn/​flour tortillas. They offer Mexican Cokes, fresh waters such as Horchata, and they also have Jarritos! I love the Mandarin flavor of Jarritos, so I was happy to order that.
The Carne Asada was cooked to perfection along with onions and green peppers that gave it a really flavorful taste. I finished my plate, and I was pretty fulfilled.
I will be coming here again, because it’s a really cute spot, and the food is tasty.
