Danny did an amazing job. He caught items I would have never looked at or thought about. He was very reasonably priced and gave an additional military discount. He spent hours looking over everything and thoroughly explaining each item. Within a couple hours he sent over a very detail report with pictures of each item and explanation. I am having him do a re inspection of the home before closing to make sure it is all fixed. He was worth every penny. He made me feel much more comfortable about the purchase of my home.

I have been referring Semper Fi Home Inspections to my clients now for the last two to three years. My first reason is because my son is a Marine. So I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. My clients that have used them have been very pleased with the service. A client even had a question about the inspection 2 weeks after closing and Semper Fi was quick to respond and even agreed to go back to the property and meet with buyer to review the issue in question. Client satisfied.

Semper Fi did a great home inspection on a house in Fort Worth. Once the seller moved in, there was a problem with the pool that the Home Warranty would not cover because they said it was «pre-​existing». Danny went to bat for the homeowner, emailing and calling to prove the pool was in perfect working order at the time of the inspection. He also sent out a pool technician that had the problem fixed in no time at all. Shame on the home warranty company for refusing to do what needed to be done, big huge thanks to Danny for going above and beyond in his customer service. If you really want someone on your side, work with Semper Fi!
