I recently purchased my very first Lexus. They didn’t have the specific car model that I wanted at the Fort Worth location however, Trong did an excellent job at finding one at a different location. He sent me over to Dallas where I met with Russell Young who did a great job at handling the buying process and taking care of all my needs. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I’m sure I’ll be going back when I’m ready for my next car.

My wife and I came in to Sewell on the last day of the month of October (very busy day) to shop for an SUV. Anthony Sanchez greeted us upon arrival and listened to all the things we wanted in a car. My wife is 7 months pregnant and we spent a lot of time trying to decide which vehicle we wanted. Anthony was very patient and attentive throughout the whole process. Bought my 1^st Lexus this week At Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth (used, but new to me). This dealership is amazing. I had an amazing sales person, Brittany Luna. She went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle for my budget. I was very impressed with the way business is conducted there. This is a no haggle dealership with NO high pressure sales. I was treated like a true customer. I narrowed down my search to 1 vehicle but was only about 95% sure that I wanted it, so I was offered the chance to take the vehicle home for a day, without any strings attached. I was also given a written report of repairs that the vehicle would need. I’ve never been offered knowledge of issues or repairs needed on a used vehicle. I ended up taking the car home for the night and fell in love with it. I came back the next day to sign the contract. I highly recommend this dealership and using Brittany Luna as a sales person. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Steve Johnson is the best! I flew all the way to Fort Worth to buy my RX 350 from him. I had done business with Sewell when I lived in Texas and I appreciated the super attention they gave me. When I decided to purchase a new RX 350, I went back to Sewell. Steve was attentive to every detail. He helped me find exactly the car I wanted in the color and with the accessories I wanted. (And at a price that made the trip worth it!) Steve was very attentive to me during the purchasing process. He bird-​dogged a tiny after-​purchase issue until it was resolved to my satisfaction. I have every intention of purchasing my next Lexus from Steve! I bought a pre-​owned vehicle from Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth, TX and I wanted to share my experience. It begins with Brittany Luna, my sales associate, extremely helpful and honest. She helped me find a car that was not exactly in my price range, she had her manager talk with me about price and it was not haggling, it was more so that they just wanted to help me with an affordable price and no offer was off the table. I bought the car with some minor issues that needed repair which saved on the price. Brittany was upfront about the items needing repair and it was documented with a discounted price for Sewell to perform the work. I took the car to a local auto repair chain to align the front end, the mechanic advised me several other parts needed to be replaced. I immediately took the car to Sewell and proceeded to speak to a sales manager about my concerns and I was greeted by Corey Hawkins, Mr. Hawkins could since I was not happy and set me up with Eric Gray a service manager and made sure Eric new the circumstances so I did not have to repeat myself. The service manager took me to the back to see the mechanics facility and had my car on the lift, I got to speak with a mechanic that stopped his work to discuss with me about my car and that it was impossible that my car needed more than just a simple alignment, after speaking with someone that all he does is work on Lexus vehicles I was convinced it was an alignment and I decided to pay and allow Sewell to perform the alignment, the sales manager stepped in and would not allow me to pay for the repair and said he is taking care of the repair because that is who they are. I received a loaner car and I was even offered a pick up so I would not have to drive back to the dealership to pick up my car. Mr. Eric Gray filled my car up with gas for my inconvenience. I was visited while I waited for my car by the Sales Manager, Mr. Hawkins as if he was waiting for me just to make sure everything was ok. I can tell you that I believe that Sewell Lexus paid for my business because I could not find a car of that caliber in the price that was given and the expense of making me happy. This was really a great car buying experience that I will tell everyone I come in contact with and I will let them know, Sewell Lexus is not about the money and all about the customer.

I just purchased a certified preowned Lexus RX 350 from Paul Jorden and I had a buying experience second to none!
I purchased my last car at Park Place 5 years ago and I have had excellent customer service with them since then, so naturally I planned on buying through them again. To my disappointment, I spoke with a total of 5 diff reps at both the Plano and Grapevine location and I got the same vibe from all 5 reps. They were combative and argumentative and acted like they didn’t want my business at all… and they kept interrupting me and I hate that.
I ended up buying a car from Paul Jorden at Sewell because he actually listened to what I wanted and tried his best to work with me. With that being said, it wasn’t even that I was necessarily getting a better deal from Sewell (even though I did), but I bought from Sewell because I just felt more comfortable with Paul than with any of the other guys at Park Place.
Paul and Brad Coker in financing were both very friendly and worked with me in every way to make buying easy. I even forgot my checkbook and they ended up sending me home with the new car and a prepaid envelope to mail the check in when I got home since I live all the way in Plano and they wanted to save me the trip. They went out of their way to make things as easy for me as possible and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Sewell :)

Amazing experience. I hate the process of buying a car more than anything but the team at Sewell Fort Worth made the experience painless and wonderful. My mother was buying her first car. Amanda R was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She responded to our requests quickly and efficiently as we already knew which car we wanted to purchase. She went the extra mile to even «present» the car to my mom with a red bow on top. It is an experience /​memory that we will not soon forget. Even though I live in Addison, I would drive back to Fort Worth to work with Amanda and her team again.

I bought my first Lexus a week ago. I typically dread the car buying experience… high pressure sales, a slimy sales guy and an exhausting negotiation process where you finally just give in to whatever so you can get out of the dealership. Sewell Lexus is nothing like that. My sales guy, Zane, was so awesome. No pressure, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The sales process was no haggle and I felt like I got a good deal. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I wanted a dark gray RX with the black interior which they didn’t have in stock. They picked up the car from another dealership, customized it with my upgrades and then drove it from the Ft Worth dealership to my house in Dallas! Zane was very good at explaining all of the car features. My husband and I both think is a great guy– a definite asset to Sewell. Thanks Zane for making my Lexus buying experience so wonderful!

Today I received a check from Sewell for $ 5.00 refunding $ I was charged in error for tags.
I had no idea I spent 5 Bucks more than I should’ve (3 months ago) and would’ve never known. It was likely an oversight as the car was shipped out of state.
The important thing is they took the time and effort to send me $ 5.00. I am so impressed with the way this dealership conducts business. Doing the right thing when nobody is looking. What a refreshing change! Thanks to Sewell Lexus for being a class act.

I came over to Lexus after getting burned pretty bad on a Volvo lease. My sales associate was Amanda Roach and she was phenomenal. Unbeknown to her, I had been shopping around for a Lexus IS for a while but they were very tight on inventory and when I had one ordered here in San Antonio, the salesperson was very hands-​off which was a huge turn-​off for the amount of money I was looking to spend.
They gave me a better than fair trade-​in value for my lease, a good deal on my new car and they even price matched my credit union here in San Antonio’s rate so I used their financing as well. They did not have my car in stock, so they sent me home in a IS loaner car so that I could get a feel for how my car would look, feel and drive and when my car came in about a week and a half later they applied my pin stripes and drove it all the way to San Antonio to my job. You couldn’t ask for better service.
All throughout the sales transaction Amanda would call me with updates on where my car was, when it was expected to arrive and how long she thought it would take them to apply the pinstripes. A few weeks after my car arrived Amanda called to follow up and see how everything was going and she even called on my birthday to wish me a happy Birthday and make sure everything was still okay.
Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Amanda’s follow thru and service. It was well worth the 4 hour drive to do business at Sewell and my future auto purchases will be with this dealership because of her commitment to excellence in service.
As a side note, Sewell also sells parts and I ordered all-​weather matts for my vehicle to keep it clean, LED lights for everything (stock the IS comes with some LED/​some orange but I’m a fan of uniformity) and LED kick plates. This has been my first new car purchase and I couldn’t be happier!

I have bought many parts online from Sewell and I have not had any issues. I have even called their parts counter and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. My entire family drives Lexuses (Lex-​i? Lexus’?). We come here a lot, for service, for the free car wash, for browsing new cars and for tire blowouts and other misc. repairs. The service is always excellent. While your car is in the shop, the people will call you with frequent updates or if anything is taking longer than expected. They always put in the extra effort to make sure you are treated well and get your car in a timely manner. I am so impressed because they consistently do this. They also run your car through the wash after they work on it so it’s all shiny for you to pick up.
Very roomy waiting room with free soda and water and fresh baked cookies. Free wifi too. The car wash gets busy during the weekend and afternoon hours. Go early morning if you can.
A wonderful dealership. I’ve been to the Lexus in Austin too and their service is just as great. Honestly, this makes me never want to switch brands.
