Customer service was horrible. Horrible estimating on prices. They met us at one of our customers homes to do an estimate. Said they would have an estimate to us and would contact us. As time passed, no one called. Called one week later and said they were working on it and would get back to us. Nothing. Called two weeks later, they have decided they were not going to go through with the service and decided to not tell us. In the mean time, everyone is expecting they will be out there any day. Just out right non professional. Waste of your time.

I became a customer of Sharp several years ago when they took over service for Ft Worth Butane in Haltom City. They carry on in the tradition of Estelle’s Ft Worth Butane in providing excellent customer service– always with a personal touch. It means a lot to this customer to know that they care about their customers and show their appreciation for my business. A special thanks to their delivery drivers. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, who made an emergency delivery today, and went out of his way to make sure everything was operating properly and that we once again had heat and hot water on a rather chilly March Sunday. It was a pleasure meeting him; Sharp could not have a better representative for their company. Thanks!
