This place gets a zero star rating from me. Being from Austin where they have My Fit Foods and Snap kitchen, this seemed like the only alternative around. My boyfriend and I purchased 6 meals totaling nearly $ 80 and only one of them was even edible. The oatmeal was bland with a weird sourness to it, the honey jalapeños chicken and chicken parm had the grossest breading I have ever tasted, and the beef with broccoli had raw broccoli. The breakfast sandwich was edible and the only meal j didn’t throw in the trash after one bite. I’d rather eat a lean cuisine *gag* and save $ 65 dollars. HUGE waste of food and money.

I’m an avid food prepper but sometimes I don’t make enough for the week or get lazy and don’t do it at all! This place is great to ensure I get a healthy, low-cal meal on the go. I’ve found a handful of meals that I really like. Although this is a four star review, I do have some qualms. I wish the label had all the ingredients. Not all meals come with a solid vegetable. They HAVE been better about having more in-stock(I would come at lunch and half the shelves would be cleaned out). Once I bought a few meals for the week and found mold on the vegetables of two meals(well before the exp. date); management re-examined their inventory but I did not get a refund whatsoever(still a little peeved about that). Regardless…I still go back…

I have never been disappointed with the food here! It is so easy to go in and pick what you want, The beef bolognese is my all time fave! Pros: Convenient, so flavorful, super fresh ingredients, correct portions, fills you up, easy to heat and eat, perfect for people with food allergies or dietary restrictions, price point Cons: the only thing I would say was maybe to get some new recipes and add a list of all ingredients on the container(in case people with certain allergies need to check) As someone who is trying to get in much better shape this place is an A+++ for me! I will be getting a house account soon for sure!

Love the concept! Healthy meals to go for the health-conscious people out there. I went in and purchased six different meals so I could figure out which ones were the best. I’m not a very picky person when it comes to food but unfortunately these meals were pretty disappointing. I was expecting a little bit more for the high price of the meals. Dry, flavorless, small. I was a first timer going into the establishment. I let the girl know I’d never been here. And she pointed over to the coolers and said that’s where the food is… And that’s it. No help whatsoever.

I like this place as a colleges student because its FRESH pre made meals that taste great and also are very healthy for you. I typically get one of the chicken dishes and the portion is perfect, it fills me up without making me feel grossly full. They also have acai bowls which a lot of people are unaware of.

I started the year off wanting to try a «nutrisystem» type meal plan but with fresh foods. I found this place and My Fit Foods. I decided to check each one out to see which one offered the best pricing, options, foods, etc. My experience so far with Simply Fit Meals has been pretty amazing! It does need some tweaking here and there. But overall I love the food and that’s the most important part(to me)! The pros: mainly the food is GREAT! Everything I have tried has been delicious! I haven’t had to throw anything away like I have with others. I ordered everything in the 5K options and I sometimes was hungry but I bought healthy snacks to munch on. The other amazing thing to order here is their cold press juices. I did their 3 Day Juice Cleanse and had great results with it! Everything in the food is grass-fed, all natural, and truly good quality ingredients. I didn’t think the breakfast options would be that tasty but I tried majority of them and they are delicious! You can also order online with a house account and get discounted pricing. It will save you some $$. The only negatives I can say are the hours for picking up pre-ordered food are pretty late(usually must be after 4pm on only 2 allowed days) which is super annoying. I want to pick it up during lunch breaks most days to avoid the hassle of traffic and downtown but hard to avoid with such restrictions. I hate the pickup rules. I also hate the website. I wish it were easier to order and easier to manage your house account. They need to invest some money in their website! I know they have been adding a ton of locations in Dallas and I REALLY wish they would invest more and better locations for the FTW side. Please SFM?! Other then that I absolutely LOVE this place and I’m sure I will be a customer on and off for a long time!

I’m sorry but they get a one star for not conveniently listening ingredients, ingredients are NOT clear on the menu & incomplete, & they are not listed on the packages either which makes no sense, it is SOVERY frustrating for people who have gluten, dairy, soy etc. allergies to not list your ingredients plainly & clearly on the label, sorry can’t deal with this, I’ll go elsewhere or just cook on my own

This place is pretty cool. I went a few days ago to give it a try and the woman behind the counter was very helpful. She definitely is very knowledgable when it comes to the very many choices available. The healthy choices are great combinations, it just kind of sucks everything is premade. When I went in there wasn’t much to choose from, but I was told if I come back the following day everything would be restocked. It’s sort of pricey for a small container of food. My total came out to be almost $ 50WITH my student discount and I only got 3 food items and two drinks. Honestly, if i don’t feel like whipping up a good healthy meal, I will return. But don’t expect me to be there too often.

I LOVE this place. I don’t know what I would do w/o them! Their food is amazing and totally fresh. Everything is super healthy, as expected, with all of the nutritional info on each meal. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I haven’t tried the smoothies yet, but can’t wait to do so. The juices are great, but watch out for the one that has the Himalayan salt in it… too salty for my taste! Everything here is sure to impress. I heart Simply Fit Meals.

Already did review but forgot one last thing. Pass on the groupon it’s a real hassle. Can only pick up one day a week and it’s after 2pm. Go in an buy 1 breskfast and 1 lunch/dinner. You get the judge. Not Palio friendly.

I did the groupon so I could try a large sampling of their foods. Most of the food was very tasty but most of it is way more spicy than the description would indicate so if your not into that then it is best to ask before you buy. The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgable. The first time I was in was during the day and I was the only one there but the day I picked up my order it was after work and the place was packed. Also the coolers were very sparse late in the day. Below are some of the choices I had. Vanilla flax French toast & buckwheat pancakes: Both were surprisingly fluffy and moist even after the microwave. These are 2 I will definitely get again. Breakfast Americana: This would have been good without the extra 3x the chili powder. This is egg whites, turkey bacon and sweet potato home fries. The sweet potatoes had so much chili powder I could not finish them. I like spicy food as well as the next person but come on. Thai tuna burgers: Absolutely awesome. These have the right amount of everything. The sweet chili sauce gives it great flavor. Honey Jalapeño Chicken: The breading on these tenders is soggy from the microwave. I pulled the breaking off. They were very good paired with the honey jalapeño sauce. Tuscan Kale and turkey: The flavor of this was so good but it was more like a spaghetti sauce, like it was missing something to go with it. I put this over spaghetti squash and it was to die for. Turkey Mac and Cheese: Another entrée heavy on the chili powder. Fortunately it did not take away from this dishes flavor. It was creamy, cheesy and really good. Fiesta Beef Bowl: Another dish that is missing something to go with it. This is like taco meat and black beans with nowhere to go. Add lettuce and tomato and it would make a nice taco salad.

I’m stealing this straight from the website! No artificial anything. Grass fed, free range and local beef and bison. The majority of the menu is gluten free. No growth hormones, no anti-biotics. No added sugar, low sodium. Low glycemic and special diet friendly. This place is great if you want something fast and healthy. It’s very similar to My Fit Foods, but honestly has a much bigger selection! They also offer salads and cold pressed juices. I’ve been on a big juice kick lately, so I love that offering. I haven’t set up a account, I just grab and go with the food. If I ever do that portion, I’ll update my review.
