Made an appointment over several email threads, them arrived to find that 1) it’s out
of his house, and 2) that he wasn’t there. Nor did he call to adjust the appointment after I had provided my phone number the day before. Later he argued that we never made the appointment to begin with, despite the email conversation proving otherwise. Apparently «when are you available to work on my phone?» «1230» «ok ill be there at 1230» isn’t actually making an appointment at 1230. So if you use him, be sure he drafts a notarized contract stating the agreed upon time before going to his house. Otherwise he may decide to do something else during your appointment.
