I was lied to and manipulated during my entire process. I was almost unable to close on my house after 6 months of working with Cendera when they sprung something on me 22 hours before I was supposed to close. I was transferred between different people at the company and the information I was given (critical information) was false. That person even «checked» with other people in the office to confirm the information they gave me. I talked to my broker twice during the entire process (once at beginning and once at the very end only because I wanted to file a complaint), otherwise she had 3 different people dealing with me. They tried to add $ 1.5k worth of charges to my closing costs last minute and lied about the costs. DO NOT USE CENDERA!!!

After speaking with Anthony Aldridge of Cendera at the beginning of February, he stated that my deal looked like something they would do and he invited me to submit more information on my small apartment complex located in Houston Texas by Memorial Park. Nice area of Houston, great property built in 2008, a loan to value at 60% or less, a straight refi request with no cash out… and still no response, and remember he asked me to send the information. I can’t call this poor customer service — this is NO customer service. Well maybe they already fired him — who really knows?
