I ordered a breakfast combo. The food was cooked perfect. I asked for salt because some do not salt the tots. And tots are horrid unsalted and ketchup. What i got was 25 salt packages and 3 ketchups for one tot. Yes do i sense attitude? One it is a big waste of company money. Was it because i said no when you asked me if i wanted cheese sticks at 8am??? Are you people dipping in to the hot fudge sauce kinda early?

I was told last night at 8:30 the drive thru was closed. To order my drinks I had to pull into a stall. Not sure why as two cars were in line waiting for what they had ordered. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience. They over all are very slow. One star is being generous.

This may have been a technical issue, but I press the button to order and never got a response. I watched other cars press their button, and they weren’t getting responses either. Several cars left, so I pulled up to the drive through and sat there also. Only after I spoke loudly and said, «Is anyone at this Sonic» did someone come on to the intercom saying, «the drive through is broken. Please pull in to a stall.» There was no sign to suggest that the drive through was closed. I tried to explain that I had already been at a stall and received no service. From here on all I heard was laughter out of the intercom. After a moment of this and no further communication, I left. I can understand if you’re experiencing technical issues needing to change the ordering process, but I don’t think that this was the issue. I saw no car hops delivering anything to any car, and I heard employees laughing over the intercom in response to me explaining I was just at a stall. I suspect these teenagers and an immature manager were the real issue. Needless to say, I’m driving to another Sonic from now on.

Had a flavor feast special today so I ordered the flavor feast. They didn’t understand me so someone came out to my car to take my order. I had to point out the special to the lady. She said she didn’t know what it was. I think management might need to do a better job at educating their staff on the deals and specials, especially one that was broadcasted across Facebook. Also, I have been waiting 10 minutes for my food and still waiting. When I pulled up there was only one other car. I don’t understand why it is taking so long!

Ok gave it another try today and they have fixed the nerds issue! Yeah! I tried it for lunch n the bread was so fresh. And the girl on drive through was so friendly. Now this will be my sonic again!

Pay close attention to what you’re charged! Today I ordered and received a small shake, but was charged for a medium. When I queried the charge(because I knew the shakes didn’t cost $ 4), the cashier confirmed my order and gave me my reciept(which mysteriously omitted a size). When I called to confirm the price of the small shake, I returned to Sonic and asked for my money back. Mistakes happen, but this felt like a rip off!

I live about 1 mile from this restaurant and when I got home, the hotdogs were all cold and the bread did not seem fresh. One of the Chicago Dogs had the end cut off. I assume that a footlong was cut in half and made into 2 regular hotdogs. However, in the back of my mind, based on the poor quality of the food, I had to wonder if a customer had maybe taken a bite and returned it. Did they just cut the end off it and resell it? No way for me to know. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning. When calling to the restaurant, nobody would pick up.
