I love this starbucks! All the employees are super friendly. Also they make the drinks really well.

I love this location. There is usually a line wrapped around the place, but they move you along pretty quickly. On a few occasions, I have just run inside when I absolutely couldn’t wait, and was in and out super fast. They seem to do more business in their drive thru anyway.
The inside is very spacious with lots of seating. It’s a great place to just chill and stay a while with your laptop or tablet… unlike some of the other Starbucks in the area that just have the little wooden tables — this one is more comfy.
The drinks are consistently good here and I am a huge fan of their birthday cake pops and their pumpkin bread… both are so good.

Drive thru takes way to long.
Drinks are always Great, but I have waited 15+ several times in the morning drive-​through. «My fault for not realizing it keeps happening» until I am stuck in the line once again!!!
Don’t normally complain, but this has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Fast, convenient, and friendly! The drive thru always has a long line, but don’t be fooled! I have never waited more than 5min! They are quick at making their drinks! They have great customer service!
Drink suggestion: vanilla toffee nut iced coffee

I try to avoid all Starbucks in the morning hours so I frequent this location I’m the afternoon and evening. They seem to have had a change in staff, for the better. Services is quicker and the front register girl is super sweet. The only con is they need more comfy chairs and less wooden, uncomfortable ones. This location shares it’s building with a Chase bank so sometimes seating is at a premium.

I always receive fast and friendly service at this Starbucks. We go here frequently and my girlfriend gets a caramel frappé, which they make wonderfully. They follow her exact directions and it comes out great every time. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Easy drive-​thru. They are very fast with orders. Not a lot of indoor seating but they do have a couple of table outside if the weather is nice.

I frequently travel from 820 to Main/​Saginaw Blvd. and Bailey-​Boswell (then Boat Club) to visit family. Convenient location if you’re in the Eagle Mountain Lake area. Friendly staff, a clean interior and of course, great coffee. What more could you need? :)
