Starbucks

Let me start by saying, I am not a coffee drinker. I visit Starbucks maybe three times a year… once for hot chocolate and couple times for cake pops. Today I rolled into Starbucks at 7:40 because I forgot to order catering for my 8:00 meeting. I asked for one of those «big box thingys of coffee… whatever flavor most people drink» They informed me it takes 15 minutes to brew one of those… I told them I didn’t have time. They asked how many people in my meeting and suggested I get individual cups of coffee. Genius! I also wiped them out of bagels. Even with cars in the drive-​thru wrapped around the building and onto the access road, they were quick, kind and super helpful. I walked into my meeting a couple minutes before 8:00 and was the star of the show with my Starbucks offering.
Starbucks may be my new alternative to breakfast catering… lesson learned to call ahead though.

Came here today to take a break with 3 other people and we all places our orders on one ticket. Well we got our drinks and after 10 mins of placing our order still had not received our food. We had to ASK for our food and then it was so hot we could not eat it. The place was not that crowded and they had at least 6 people behind the bar working, so honestly it was unacceptable. No apologies for not getting our food, nothing. We were not rude about it but stern. Hmmm, not sure I want to patronize this specific one again. :(

Won’t come back to this Starbucks despite how conveniently it’s located. We just moved to the area and I’ve been here several times in the last 2 months and I have had a problem every time… I’ve been charged incorrectly on a couple of occasions, however, that’s not the biggest problem with this Starbucks. With the exception of one or two, I find the employees to be rude and very unfriendly.
My drink was made incorrectly and I asked the barista to please add whip cream to my frappucino… without a single word to me (seriously, not a single word) she threw the lid on the counter, slapped some whip cream on it then put the lid on (with the drink leaking down the sides) and put the drink down. When I asked for a rag to wipe the cup a different employee had to help clean it up. And here’s the kicker… the same thing happened with my husbands drink. A different barista made his and it was leaking all over the place… no apology, no smile, no attempt to clean it up until he asked. This coffee has a high enough price… I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a decent experience, or at least common courtesy, from the employees.

Danielle is so sweet. I come here almost every morning on the way to work. They always know how I like my coffee.

It’s Starbucks. Not much to say here besides the typical: good coffee, yummy treats, and kind people! This is a good location as well if you are traveling along i35!
Definitely stop in if you are in need of some coffee or a sweet/​savory snack!

Best staff and customer service there is at a Starbucks. Been coming here since it opened. Not the closest to house, but the best location by far.

It’s a Starbucks and another chain establishment. I like to comment more about the service, cleanliness, and the process experience when it comes chain restaurants because these are the main factors that vary between them. They all have the same menu but granted, some may be more familiar with «secret menu items» than others.
This location has a DRIVE THRU, which many can appreciate. It is in it’s own stand alone building, right next to McDonalds. It’s a quick and easy jump off the high way, then get right back on. The drive thru is relatively quick, but you can see how it slows down the process if you go inside to order. I only go inside to order if I plan to get used coffee grounds to use as fertilizer for my garden. They give you the used coffee grounds for free of course. I have found, at locations in popular areas, that they actually will have the used coffee grounds packaged nicely and out front for people to grab from a large basket on the ground. Although, I haven’t run into this a lot lately, so perhaps they are doing away with that. At this location, they gave me the used coffee grounds straight from the bin they put it into; i.e. it came out of a trash bin in a trash bag.
The employees here have great customer service skills… or pretend to haha. I mean how can people be so nice so early?! I kid, I kid. I’m a morning person so I know exactly how haha. Anywayssss, they are really nice and patient. I ordered a drink with green matcha in it, which they happen to have ran out of. They asked me what drink I wanted instead. Not knowing many non-​coffee related drinks I stumbled to give another order. They weren’t impatient with me and offered suggestions.
This location was also VERY CLEAN. You can go to some locations and the tables will be gross and the trash will be overflowing. There are several tables here too so I think, even if you go at a busy time, you’ll be able to find a seat. They also have a small patio out front.

This is not our usual Starbucks that we go to, but decided to change it up today!
This is a new stand alone Starbucks. I like the look of the new stores. I feel at home at Starbucks because everyone is immersed in their work, phones, music, or laptops. I am not a big coffee drinker, so I usually go for the Chai Tea Latte. I do like the white chocolate mocha and the caramel macchiato. The old fashioned donuts are yummy and the breakfast sandwiches are so good!
Service was quick and they have a drive through!

Nice and clean. Large tables that can be shared without being too crowed. Still don’t understand why power plugs are not installed in tables! Great location for the commute into work

I love this Starbucks! They’re so quick and their baristas are so friendly! I love that they will know my order and have it ready for me when they see me walking in! You’re the best, Everman Starbucks!

Went in to purchase gift cards for my co-​workers as gifts for Christmas and two of the employees went above and beyond to satisfy me. They had ran out of gift card holders so they improviced and put the cards in small cups with tissue paper. I thought it was so cute. It was priceless when I handed my co-​workers and boss coffee cups that was not heavy. I had to tell them to open it because they thought I was pranking them. Thanks Starbucks for making me the star at work.

It’s a Starbucks! Great as usual. I love the new look and feel of the newer stores. This a great location right by I35. Easy access to the freeway from the store.
