I work in the same building and have been visiting this Subway for the last 5 years and never had an issue until recently. The other day during lunch a coworker and I both ordered pizzas, as soon as we did two employees started complaining about how much they hated when people ordered pizzas. I asked the Subway artist to keep my pizza in the oven a little longer than normal and she mumbled under her breath and said something similar to «oh no she didn’t just request that» to her other coworker who initially complained about doing her job. The lack of customer service in this location has taken a dramatic downturn. If you don’t like being an «artist» and are going to complain right in front of customers about doing your job then it might be best to either quit or stop complaining. I would highly advise you avoid this location at all costs.

By far, one of the worst Subway locations. I have only been there so often because I work nearby and only have a few minutes for lunch. I forget how bad it is, and tell myself that maybe it has improved since last time– only to be disappointed again. Usually dirty, and something is always out of stock or out of order. One day, they were out of napkins. Then, ¾ of the soft drinks were out of order. Another day, both restrooms. The upstairs seating section is usually closed during lunch, even when all seats downstairs are full and they have a line out the door. Today, I asked why it was closed, and was told that it was because of «some kind of a leak». Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the spotlessly clean Jimmy Johns.

Avoid this location during lunch hour! Too many people and the cashiers make mistakes. The second time I went to this location, I ordered a 6 inch sandwich and I got charged for a footlong instead. I didn’t notice the difference until I looked at the receipt. It was a $ 3 difference but I told the cashier about the mistake she made. She told me I had to run my card and pay the original price for my 6 inch sandwich and that the footlong price will be refunded to my account. A week later, I saw my bank statement and I never received my refund. I was charged for the 6 inch AND the footlong. I decided I was not going to make a big deal to try to get my money back. Instead, I chose not to go back and write this review.

If you’re at the Tarrant County Courthouse and don’t feel like eating a buch of grease, this is the place to go! Yes, it’s a Subway. Need I say more?
