15 minutes for a few burritos… Watching them move at a snails pace is really pissing me off.

This Taco Bueno used to be my favorite fast food taco place. I am sad that it has changed so much in the past year. They either cannot or will not get an order straight. The last takeout I bought caused me to make 2 additional trips to get what I ordered and PAID for. Since it was a favorite I gave them additional chances. The order has not been correct the last half dozen times. I am through. The mistakes are ALWAYS in their favor either by leaving things off completely or by giving you a smaller size and charging you for the larger. Employees are very rude and especially snippy if you ask for a special that has been advertised on TV for a week. Goodbye Taco Bueno, Taco Bell and Taco Casa are only a block away.

Growing up Taco Bueno was a special treat! I prefer bueno over bell any day! However, I have noticed their burritos are getting smaller and smaller every time I visit. I like to get just the regular bean burrito. My boyfriend gets the combo burrito and it is double the price and about the same size. NOT WORTH IT. It definitely does not fill you up. We ended up spending $ 20-something for both of us and we were not satisfied. :(
