Have been a chronic pain patient now for 2 months. When you mention chronic pain, many doctors will run. My physician is Dr. Thomas Ratino. My experience has been excellent. This doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and sincerely focuses on getting your pain under control. He runs a tight ship, but also keeps empathy at the forefront of his patient relationships. Great physician. My research indicated some negative info about the office staff. I have not experienced any issues with Dr. Ratino’s support staff. If is a busy office and the office staff are usually moving pretty fast. My longest wait time has been 20 minutes.
