Located right behind Oscar’s Pub. This a place you go to if you want to escape the hustle and bustle from a smoky pub. The décor and ambience are just perfect. The music in the background is not over powering your conversation. It was stormy night when we stumbled upon this place there wasn’t anybody there except for Kim and Victor. They made us feel welcome and not awkward because it was just me and my bf drinking. It’s nice to have to found this place and will sure definitely be back in one of their busy days.

Deliciously dangerous drinks? An inviting space where you can actually have a conversation? TBL is a haven for people on this side of Fort Worth who want high caliber drinks without any gimmicks or pretentious attitudes.
I am iffy on going to a bar by myself (noisy, crowded, intimidating), but I would definitely go here any time to just hang out with Jessie and Chris! They’re so approachable and obviously love the art of mixing drinks.

Wow! Amazing cocktails AND great service! Fort Worth’s greatest new addition!!!
Get the Modern Mule or any of their signature CRAFT cocktails. Seriously! No mixers or cheap wells, literally homemade everything… I was pleasantly surprised by their in-​house crafted sour «mix» and simple syrups! And some of the greatest selections of liquors, haven’t had a bad drink yet!!! Great ambiance, great location, great music, great great great!!! It’s the best of New York and LA discreetly tucked away in Fort Worth of all places! You have GOT to check this gem out!!!

First, a heartfelt shout out to Victor for extending a warm smile and welcome to Elaine and Janice we felt like special guest. Also Matt, you are an awesome bartender who made us outstanding Chocolate Martini’s, you served up excellent and attentive customer service. Thank you for making us feel right at home. If your looking for an intimate setting, want to nestle in a comfortable chair in front of a cozy fire, this is the place for you to be. Please go and enjoy The Basement Lounge you’ll be glad you did.

Husband and i dropped in for a drink after dinner. Just beautiful and cozy. Drinks were great! Visited with the owner and he is committed to this one of a kind bar in west Fort Worth. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely refreshing. Very well done, lounge atmosphere. Excellent lighting, a mix of mid-​century modern and trendy seating and décor. The fireplace is lovely on a chilly night.
It’s exactly what hubby and I have been craving since we moved to FW. The dive bars (every-​freaking-​where) are fine, but this is a needed gem! I think they are pretty new, located in the basement of Oscar’s Pub, but they do have their own street level entrance.
You can tell they put some love into the place, and really care if it succeeds. Really well done. Nice, chilled out, vibe. Friendly, professional, and well made cocktails. Really high hopes for this place to succeed! Check em’ out.
