Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. I regret moving here every day. There is always issues.

If you like 2nd hand smoke, mysterious water seeping through your walls, into your apartment move here.

Rude staff who chain smokes around the property in the parking garage and when they make ready apartments which gets in your car and apartment. I mean who doesn’t love breathing toxic second hand smoke from some crusty maintenance guy.

This is Crusty “luxury” free apartments, garbage smelling halls 24/7 and plenty of roaches & other bugs to invade your place. Dont forget the dog pee smelling stairwells, that even come with dried dog poop on the stairs that they haven’t cleaned in probably years.

Fouls smells, most likely black mold is abundant if thats your thing. And dont forget the poorly maintained fire alarm that goes off in the middle of the night or early mornings, all the time. I mean who doesn’t love being woke up in the middle of the night to loud fire alarms all the time.

I almost forgot, it took them 8 months, thats right folks 8 months to replace a broken leaky dishwasher. The replacement they brought looked like it was thrown down a flight if stairs for good measure.

If you like appliances going out right before thanksgiving, then getting it replaced well into the next year, this place is for you.

I love this complex! I have been living here since August 2015, and have never had any issues. Everything is kept very clean, and doggy bags are always stocked. Parking is never an issue for me, and downtown is less than a mile walk. I’ve lived in MANY apartment complexes, and Trinity District is at the top of my list!

Sure, the fixtures look nice in the photos, but upon closer inspection, you’ll notice that everything is cheaply done. A lot of corners were cut in order to save on cost in the construction of this building.
Crime has been a problem because the property manager cannot fix the security issues here. You see the garage gate broken in the open position and doors that should require key fobs to enter merely need to be pushed open.
Trash isn’t picked up often enough, so the trash rooms fill up on a weekly basis and then the trash spills out in the the hallway. It’s disgusting and probably a health hazard.
If you call the leasing office to let them know about an issue, they start screening your calls with caller ID. They don’t answer if you call during business hours. They won’t return your call if you leave a message with the answering service. And they don’t respond to your emails.
I have lived in a dozen places all around the country while I was in the military, and this place is BY FAR the WORST. It’s a nightmare. I cannot wait to get out of here.
