I decided to give them another chance. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my 10:30 appointment. Two people who arrived after me were seen before me. At 10:50 I finally went up to the counter and asked what was going on. 5 minutes later they finally call me in for weight/vitals before putting me in a room. At 11:15 Dr. Roach comes in. 1 hour after my arrival time, 45 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. Roach is fine, no complaints with him, however I think very few doctors are worth putting up with the office staff and any doctor worth it wouldn’t have that kind of staff. He sent the office manager to speak to me. What a jerk, honestly. First she tells me they have me stamped as being put in a room at 10:42. I did not enter that room until 11:00. She told me its automatically stamped. So she stood there and lied to me or else the front desk staff falsified the time. She did not care, she was not sorry, only came back out of duty. She even told me that if I did not want to wait to be seen there are other clinics I can try! Who says that to a patient?!? The one star is for the office manager alone and her not so fabulous bed side manner. At least pretend to care! If not for the patients you wouldn’t have a job.

I’ve been a patient here for over a year. I get referred to a specialist and it takes forever to get an appt. I finally get an appt 4 months later and no referral is in the system. Come to find out my dr has to change his TIN because of being bought out by different company. I don’t understand the logic of not letting your patients know of such a important change. I could care less about the changes but its not cool to take time off work to go to an appt and cant be seen due to lack of communication. I understand you cant prevent everything, its unacceptable when theres poor communication. I wanted to write this review the same day but I needed a couple of days to calm down. Dr. Roach is a good doctor but unfortunately I’m looking for another doctor. I’ll be dead somewhere and they’ll still be waiting for a contract to renew. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible service from the staff. My wife had to wait months for a referral only to have excuses made by the person that was supposed to get her the referral. Finally they tell her their«mass referral fax machine» was broken and she would have to call and make the appointment herself. The day before the scheduled appointment, the place she has the appointment with calls and says they still have not received any paperwork from her doctor. There is no reason the paperwork or files could not have been mailed within the 3 weeks. I don’t care how good Dr. Keller is, I would not recommend his office. My wife is now looking for a new doctor.
