Beware of move-​out charges. They charged us over $ 240 including for very minor things like putting a light fixture cover back up (literally took them seconds to do) and putting a smoke detector back on (that we had taken down to put in new batteries). Most of the charge came from $ 180 in touch up paint. I cleaned our unit myself and made sure it was spotless at move-​out, and they still charged us over $ 100 to clean a small unit. Our unit was in excellent condition when we moved out, and they took over $ 340 from our deposit. Very frustrating.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I have a situation in my unit, when I call, multiple times, I am constantly sent to an answering machine. They haven’t called me back and its been WEEKS!!! I have sent up maintenance requests for issues that had not been fixed prior to move in, and THEY COMPLETE IT WITHOUT FIXING IT!!! They don’t even call!!! I had no hot water for a week. The window screens were and still are missing upon move in. One of my windows is still cracked! It’s your negligence that is having me write this review. Be warned!!! For those looking to do business with this company, RUN AWAY!!!

If anyone of in the office could call me back 2 weeks ago I called to discuss my rent increase and no one has called me back that’s very unprofessional especially when you tell someone you will call them back. I would love to hear from someone also no one has fixed my sink and its still leaking and causing water damage to your property i alerted you already so that is no longer on me that is your negligence that is causing the damage. I would love to hear from you.
