I bought a full service wash. They cleaned the upholstery, shampoo the carpet, and washed and waxed the outside. Fantastic job! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Meh. I used this place when it was under a different manager. I went recently and received the «super clean». I thought the wash was great and the outside people were very nice. What really turned me off was the front desk person. She was on, what appeared to be, her personal phone taking to/​fighting with a guy/​significant other as I walked in to pay. After seeing me she turned in her head and ignored me for about 2 mins. 2 mins doesn’t sound like a long time but when you want to pay and move on with your day it seems like an eternity. When the phonemail was finished she just took my paper and card without a word, charged the card, and handed it back to me with the receipt. I picked two stars because I liked the wash but the front desk person was a snob. Unilocal’s 2 stars has «meh, i’ve experienced better.» and so meh, i’ve had better.

I actually like going to the car wash because of this place. And like the best card shop ever. I love their shuttle and text and über back process. Really the very best!!!

Finally made it to this place and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I had an oil change and the man that came out and greeted me was very professional. The quality of the work was good. My only complaint is that I think they could have done a better job vacuuming between my seat and console. I look forward to going back again.

The product is the only reason I gave any stars. I don’t like the discretion given to make up prices as they see fit outside. Seems very shady.

A car wash on a rainy day. that was smart of me.
This isn’t your average joe car wash. Although you can get a cup-​a-​joe while you wait, and honestly that ain’t average either! University carwash is pretty, pearly and posh. Its not junky in the least, and is extremely pleasant and well kept. What makes this place different from that regular run of the mill car wash stands is the inside and the way its run. They’ve got a car service that will drop you off while you wait for your car to be done (just über back!) a complimentary espresso/​coffee area, a super cute boutiquey shopping area to browse and lots of clean waiting space, as well as clean bathrooms.
Prices run $ 20-​$ 45 depending on your selection of carwash. Detailing takes a bit of time, so be prepared to wait!

It is very nice place for car wash.
The price range is very reasonable. $ 15 for regular and will go up with more options. The people are nice with happy energy.
Especially, the waiting area is comfy place with chairs and tables. I really like the clean scent in the area.

I couldn’t ask for a better car wash. I’ve been here many times since new management and I always feel appreciated. They attend to customers quickly and ask about your day.
The waiting room is well decorated and supports local businesses.
They also have unique greeting cards and candles to buy. And they have a high quality coffee machine!
Last but not least, they have good wash options and oil changes. I’ve never had the oil change, but the car washes are always well done no matter the level. Today I came in for an express wash to remove bird poop and they got it all off.
I recommend using the 20% off coupon they have on frogsaver. I was just told they will now only accept it Monday through Thursday because the weekends are so busy.

Went on a busy Saturday afternoon, got the $ 15 exterior wash and inside vacuum. Great wash and clean! The organization of the staff was a little bit rough. They lost the ticket to our car and took some time to find our keys. That could simply be kinks to work out. Overall, would go back again because of the quality work!

Good car wash place. If looking for auto detailing or any type of interior cleaning, seek a professional detailing company elsewhere. Lots of dog hair left in the car. Shoddy job at buffing out the haze on the headlamp.

Well… Customer service was great, and is the only reason they’re getting 3 stars from me! I spent $ 90 today on a hand wash/​wax that was worth maybe $ 30. From the time I pulled in the car wash to pulling out was 47 minutes. Not too sure about anyone else but it takes quite some time to get a good HAND wash and HAND wax. I just spent another 30 minutes myself vacuuming all the leaves they somehow missed and cleaning my wheels and tires again. My bumpers, front and back, still had mud and water spots all over. If this were a quick $ 10 wash, by all means I would be extremely happy, but almost $ 100 spent deserves better. My business will be going somewhere else from here on out!

UPDATE: I was there at the beginning and I have seen this car wash transform… I am amazed! They bought a $ 16,000(yes 16 THOUSAND) expression machine from Italy for COMPLEMENTARY 12oz of coffee. WTF? What can you say other than than THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All 16,000 $ worth. Keep it up UCW you have a loyal customer. Also the manager (the one here today) is a cutie so watch out. She might steal your heart. Haha

Only my first time here so I haven’t been able to experience anything negative yet. I’ll be coming back. I didn’t come when it was FLAGSHIP CARWASH but the reviews I read were not positive. Glad a new owner with a sense of customer satisfaction has come here to my backyard.

Time to update my review since they are under new management and ownership. This is the closest car wash to home so it’s easy. There’s a panera across the street as well as the university shopping center so dropping off my car to be cleaned and then grabbing lunch or shopping makes the time pass quickly. There’s a ton of new updates with the new owners. The lobby has lots of tables and chairs, as well as seating outside. The check out counter and area around it are much less crowded and very clean/​well organized. Currently they are offering a free bottle of water with your Unilocal check in. I had some issues with my last car wash and after speaking with management they are fixing my problem. Since both hubby and I are driving new vehicles I suspect we will be here weekly. They are quick to respond to any problems so don’t hesitate to let someone know if you aren’t satisfied!

I’ve recently have had the chance to try out the newly renovated University Car Wash thanks to Mr. Karim (the owner). Thank you for reaching out to me. Everyone I met there was extremely helpful and nice, from gm Cesar to the employees who detailed my car.
The location is hidden behind ihop and subway, but once you turn in from the main road it’s obvious. From the moment you pull up, you can tell this place is very new and very clean. I got the super clean package today which included literally everything and the price is certainly much more affordable than most other car wash places I’ve been to. I’ve got to spend some time in the waiting lounge which is nicely renovated and decorated. I got in and out in about 20 mins and my car was glowing. I’ve never seen it that sparkly in years! Great job! They even washed my carpets. I did a thorough inspection and they’ve literally got all the nooks and crannies, which means they’re pay attention to details and they don’t cut corners. Another great thing I noticed was they didn’t steal any coins from my car, which shows integrity and honesty.

After my father-​in-​law had a poor experience at University car wash, he posted a Unilocal review about it. The owner responded and requested he try again on the house. Because my father-​in-​law is not local, he passed the opportunity onto me.
Normally, I feel weird about doing things like this but Caeser and the rest of the staff were incredibly understanding and treated me like royalty! There were no questions asked, just incredible customer service and hospitality. The facility is clean and comfortable inside, with a nice patio outside. I am so glad I gave University Car Wash a second chance and I will be returning for future car washes as well as recommending them to others.

University Car Wash is a state of the art car wash for the particular or just plain fancy! I normally opt for exterior wash only but desperately needed cleaning after a hectic winter and spring, particularly moving new art to clients facilities.
The location was a surprise, neatly tucked behind Apple, in University, so it was a hidden gem.
And while I don’t wax lyrical over basic maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles, (ugh) the finishes in the lobby and waiting area are Chic and sleek!
And as an art professional I really appreciate attention to the detail — unexpectedly found here… high end rough hewn cabinetry, that contrasts sharply and cleanly w gorgeous cement countertops, sleek tables and the comfy barstools and lovely floors.
The high tech big screen tv will capture the hubby’s attention, while i was more excited about the upscale coffee bar and private battista coming shortly.
The owner happened to be onsite while I waited for the truck and he mentioned the premium coffee machinery coming (yum!) and the front coolers for drinks available, once the new construction is completed.
this may be the only car wash we come to in ft worth!

Everyone is very nice here and truly wants to make sure you are happy with your car.
They will be adding a coffee bar and retail beer and wine.
I never came to the old location but the place looks brand new inside and they are still working on making it even better.
