Dealing with Verizon is a nightmare. Once you get through the 10-minute call queue, there is usually an unhelpful rude customer rep to assist you. I signed up for FIOS at $ 54.99 earlier this year and they have billed me at $ 74.99 since. Every time I call in they tell me they cannot change my bill but will correct my rate but they haven’t. Crooks!
