Like all Whataburgers, the food is the best fast food there is. This location gets pretty busy during lunch. Had to wait a while in the drive thru during lunch for food. Still good place for fast food.

I’ve been eating at this Whataburger for about 12 years now since we moved into the area. The food is consistently good and the service is normally good. As managers come and go, the service quality goes up and down but it’s mostly up.
They’ll keep getting my business.

Have to update to 5 stars because I eat here all the time. I feel that Whataburger has very tasty burgers. The burger is made to order. But sometimes they pre make the patties and they are not hot enough that is a negative. The fries and onion rings are top notch. And the Fancy Ketchup is the best ketchup.
The breakfast is also good the jalapeño biscuits are very good. And the BOB is a good choice also the Taquito’s.
This location has very good service almost always friendly with good customer service. The speed of service is always fast if you’re in a hurry.

Another disappointment from this location not having breakfast it is 12:18 AM and the employee on the drive-​through tells me that I can’t have breakfast because of the shortage of eggs what kind of crap is that I didn’t know the nation was undergoing a short of eggs. Think there is real manager issues here.. This is the last time I attend this location. There all screwed up.

Well not only is the customer service not very good. Now they stop selling breakfast at 9am!!! Well that was the only reason I still continued coming to this locations cause it was on my way to work now I have no reason to go there at all!!!

On a scale of one to 5– this is a Whataburger! 24 hours a day, and about 95% of the time, my food is hot, well prepared, and pretty quickly delivered. The people are friendly, and this somewhat of a strictly residentially patronized only location is generally no longer than 6 – 7 cars, which double stack in two lanes, and rarely cause a wait longer than 12 minutes. Considering the volume, that’s excellent. When I first moved to this area, the strawberry Fanta tasted off because the water lines were dirty. They were cleaned within 2 days– no bs. I couldn’t believe they honored my request so quickly. Skip the shitty BK, and get the best fast food on this corner of the world.

I love this location of Whataburger. The staff is always friendly. The food is usually spot on. I’ve had one mistake made but they fixed it and gave a little extra. They always seem to go above and beyond. Breakfast usually takes longer here but it’s so crowded in the morning at this location. Place is always clean too.

On a slow day this location is hectic and you can forget bothering with this place if it’s busy. The service is somewhat polite but incompetent. Orders are forgotten, made wrong. They forget your order, then don’t remember if you ordered anything when you are still at the table with no food fifteen minutes later.
The place is filthy, covered with flies. The employees are happy to stand around talking behind the counter, while all the tables are dirty, the napkins and straws are empty and the drink station is dirty and overflowing with ice. None of that makes you too interested in your food, even if it comes out in decent condition as mine finally did.
Their method of greeting you at the counter is to look at the register and then at you. Then they act irritated if your order is late or wrong. I’ve worked customer service most of my life in one way or another. I’m very patient and polite with the most inexperienced workers. This is just a prime example of a manager or business owner that simply doesn’t care. I’ve visited this location several times over the years, mostly out of necessity since it keeps getting worse. I will not ever return.

On my national tour of Whataburgers, this one seems standard and par for the course. I’ve eaten here probably a half a dozen times now and the food has been consistently good! Great service and crew.
My only complaint would be the drive through splitting into two lanes after ordering. I feel really bad for those who have to trek through the heat to bring my order (and my spicy ketchup)!
Zero complaints about the staff, cleanliness or food! What a burger!

Holy cow the drive thru is insanely slow! This is my third time in about a month waiting for over 15 minutes and counting for a taquito and coffee. They don’t know how to park people with me complex or larger orders. And I don’t buy that it’s because Whataburger customizes orders. The wait it’s beyond long for even that.

Yeah their food is pretty awesome, if they remember to give it all to you. They also take waaaaaaaaaaay too long, I know they «make it as soon as you order it» but please don’t make me wait 15 mins for my meal & then forget something, that just ticks me off even worse.

One of the best! Super clean– clean restroom!- friendly service, manager walks around checking on folks++++! One employee even bussed my table while I was writing this review– awesome!
Oh how do you make a Whataburger better? Add guacamole! Wonderful.
Now if they would just come up with a green chili burger I would not have to move to New Mexico.

Burger was awesome & the fries were PERFECT!
One of the better WHATABURGER’S around!
