Crappy staff, manager had her kid in the kitchen running around, and our Togo order took an hour.

I used to come to this wings stop once in awhile, so this time I came with my friend, I realized that the service is a slow and they don’t clean the tables like the used, also the people on ten counter were more nice and friendly. But everything changed but not for good.

Nice people but service not so great, took 35 minutes to get my food! Keep it moving!

I have visited this location many times. I placed an order through the Wing Stop app and received a confirmation email. Went to this location and they couldn’t find my order. Typically, no big deal but the cashier was pretty put out by me and I had to show her proof on my phone that I received the email. I reordered my food and she mumbled a sorry and snatched the receipt out of my hand. Again, ish happens I get that but she definitely lacked customer service on my order being lost and made me feel that I am the inconvenience. Disappointing customer service.

We placed a pick– up order and brought their wings to our home. We ordered: Atomic, Louisiana Rub, and Hickory Smoked BBQ wings. The Atomic were the best prepared, but they were so hot that we could not eat them. My dogs surprisingly liked the deboned chicken though. The Louisiana rub wings were salty and truly so dry that they had virtually the same consistency as pork rinds. The BBQ wings were okay yet forgettable. We would have returned most of these wings had we dined in the restaurant. Turning out a quality product did not seem to be the main focus of the crew working there that night. I see no reason for us to return to this particular Wingstop.

Ordered wings by phone and got there before food was ready, I got home in less than five minutes and food was already cold. Parmesan garlic was more like just garlic and salt, didn’t even finish them. They do have a special on Monday’s and Tuesday’s for boneless wings for 60 cents each but you have to order in sets of six if I remember correctly(I’m not sure if this is correct either because the person on the phone didn’t really understand me).

Just what I’d expect from Wingstop and a bit more. The food was well prepared, HOT, and they gave me some options that most wingstops have not offered before. I liked that. There was an area to sit and wait for my carry out order, so that made my wait more enjoyable. They said 15 minute wait. It was 9 minutes. They under-promised and over-delivered. My guess is this location has good management.

Possibly the worst wingstop in Fort Worth. Ordered a 3 piece tender and a 12 piece wing and was given the wrong flavors and they didn’t toss them in the sauce just dumped it on top. Oh thanks, I’d love to give you $ 20 for crappy food.

$ 30.00 for 20 wings 2 fries and a root beer!!! Hell no!!! The girl who answered the phone, Kristina, did not explain to me that they don’t have 10 wings, they have 8 and 12. She also did not tell me the large order of fries were $ 4.68 and that the ranch does not come with it, it’s over $ 1.00 a piece for each one!!! She needs to be trained on how to guide the customer. The tables were dirty there were no napkins and she had an attitude when I asked her to get me napkins… FORWINGS!!! This was a terrible experience. The workers in the store looked like they were in slow motion and they were totally rude. To top it all off, I stopped writing to eat so I could honestly say if the food was any good. They put 10 wings without any sauce at all. Just baked wings!!! The husbandry lime was ok but if you don’t have access to cold water, don’t do it!!! I WILLNEVERGOBACKTHEREAND I WILLINFORMALLOFMYFRIENDSTHAT I ATEATBENNIGANSTHEOTHERDAYONHULENANDTHEIRWINGSWEREAWESOMEANDHALFTHEPRICE!!! That place was so ridiculous!!!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the evening staff. Waited over an hour for food, asked at the least for a refund so we could just go home, kept putting us off, no refund was given, and manager would not even make eye contact to resolve the situation.

Nastiest wings i’ve had in a long time and for takeout, the prices are honestly a rip off. Got the batch of 20 plus pound of bleu cheese dressing so i could have some at my house later and they gave me 6 small ramekins instead. The boneless wings are breaded and just dont taste good, the culprit is a god awful orange-red hot sauce which is not at all good and the breading soaks it all up and it just ends up being fluorescent wings. The bleu cheese on the other hand is pretty good, but as much as i love bleu cheese, its not why i came here folks. ..

I think it’s lame that this place and Buffalo Wild Wing(BWW) do not include bleu cheese and celery with your wings. Come on people. That sh** should come standard. I really did not care for this place. You can’t even refill your own water– you have to get counter service to do it. The garlic and Parmesan boneless wings are DELICIOUS at BWW. Here? Popcorn chicken drenched in butter and powdered with Parmesan cheese. Not exactly what I had in mind when I order wings. Frank muttered something about being able to get the same thing at Sonic. They also do not have wet naps or napkin dispensers on the tables, requiring a trip to the bathroom. While we were walking out, one of the employees offered us hand sanitizer. No. A thousand times, NO. Basic hand hygiene education: If your hands are a) wet or b) visibly soiled(as in the case of eating Cajun hot wings, which, thankfully, were like normal hot wings), you need to WASH them. Hand sanitizer is for when your hands are dry. Source: My first two seconds of nursing school. On a side note, anyone know of a wing place where they throw in the bleu cheese and celery with your order? Or should I just stick to bar ‘n grills next time the craving hits sir Francis?

This my first Wingstop experience and I must say the wings were some of the best I have ever had. I ordered the Cajun and Mild 20 Wings for $ 12. The Cajun Wings was like having MudBugs Chicken Style. They were great with ice cold beer. The mild Wings were delicious and no heat. I did not care for their Ranch and Blue Cheese dipping sauce’s though.
