I visited the shop and the first thing I notice is the owner is on his phone. Doesn’t really bother to get off the phone til I’ve been standing there a little while…
Then he tells me it’s $ 80 to fix one little thing on my iPod, and he wants it in the shop for a few weeks when it’s a 20 minute job and he could probably fix it while I was standing there if he didn’t have a conversation to get back to… seems a bit fishy
