I love this place. I’ve tried almost every smoothie over the last few months. And I love their soups and sandwiches. I got an all veggie sandwich on wheat and it was perfect. love this place!

Good healthy deli sandwiches, healthy quality ingredients and good portions. You get what you pay for. Way better than subway! Espresso drinks are good too, and the staff is courteous. 4 stars instead of 5 because even when dining in and not take out, the coffee and espresso is only served in disposable paper cups. And though the sandwiches are nicely wrapped in deli paper, this seems wasteful when dining in.

Nice surprise in Fortuna… Wide selection of coffee served all day, not just drip, and all on Main Street. Coffee IS good. They had few ready to go healthy lunch options(grain based salads), a bit bland but a nice change from a sandwich. Pleasant space, very friendly and efficient person behind the counter the three times I’ve been there. Pricey, but worth it if you want to stroll main street’s stores without having to drive…

I wandered by this place and decided to walk in. There was a fair selection of locally made organic groceries inside. The store had a very calm atmosphere and everything was very clean and well organized. Today’s cashier was friendly and the prices were reasonable, if you buy organic. Recommended

If you don’t know about Real Food Grocer Café in Fortuna(on Main Street next to Taco Loco), you should check it out! The inventory is still a bit sparse but is slowly growing. They are into trying to get items you may want — but you should shop there once you’ve special ordered something. The more we shop at this small store, the sooner they can stock their shelves(and keep them stocked!) Finally — the Deli selections are hands down the BEST! All fresh ingredients daily. The variety is growing — features salads of all kinds; organic chicken breast; Soup du jur; Brio breads; fresh produce that varies with the local growing season. They make sandwiches to order. Big sandwiches with a terrific variety of meats, cheeses, condiments, breads and filling options. A meal in a sandwich! This completely LOCAL business is worth visiting. Order something from the deli — you’ll love it!
