Friendly staff and my kid loves it. I am surprised there’s only a couple reviews but you will notice most of the parents who send their kids here are Tiger-​moms and dads who go overboard with the performance of their young chilren in math so they can all grow up to be engineers and work in Silicon Valley. I’ve even witnessed parents screaming at their kids because they did not do well on their homework or assessments. To be fair thats probably typical Bay Area parenting. My kid wanted to enhance his already good math skills and found the environment comfortable.

The program itself is good but not very impressed with this center. They dont enforce some of the requirements (like having the kids time themselves etc.). Also, there is no feedback to the parents at all — not sure if this is the way the program is supposed to work or the staff just doesnt know how to do it.
Finally, it gets very over crowded here so the kids sometimes have to wait a hour to get their work graded.

I went to Kumon for a few years when I was younger. When I attended Kumon, it was located where 99 Ranch is but under the same owner/​instructor, Mr. Kwok. He’s really dedicated to helping kids learn and he treats his employees very well. (I know this because my friend’s little sister works there!)
It’s best to start kids at Kumon when they’re young. I went after I was already pretty advanced in math (because of Japanese school), so it wasn’t so helpful.
